I love the colours of my two recent necklaces- one was pale green and the other turquoise- both go with my tops. They are just the right length for my neckline. Best of all they have a magnetic clasp which is so easy to manipulate. Both came in beautiful boxes with a protective lining.

The earrings I ordered look absolutely stunning and the customer service experience was great. I was kept updated on the progress of my order and it arrived quickly. It came in a cute little gift box with details on how to care for it. The packaging itself looked secure with bubble wrap inside the envelope. Overall, great experience and I will be purchasing from them again.

My order arrived quickly and well packaged. The pearls I ordered are beautiful and were packed in a lovely blue box. I have worn the pearls a couple of times and they have been much admired. I had also lost a butterfly for some earrings from Eternal. They sent me two new ones free of charge. Thank you. Over the years I have bought several excellent pieces of jewellery from Eternal and will certainly do so again.

This company then sent out catalogues books for earrings etc. I know times change and I was delighted to trace you you on line. I was disappointed not to see leaf shapes. I have purchased many sets of earrings from this Company annd always found them to be very friendly efficient and helpful and if I have had a problem, which is not very often, it has been dealt with immediately.

I spoke to Susan who was excellent she listened to what I wanted and they adjusted the necklaces with magnetic clasp for me adjusted the length for me the customer service was excellent they replied to every e mail I sent
