Simply lovely
Second purchse from here and absolutely delighted with my rainbow bead necklace.
The quality is superb, weighty but comfortable.
Beautifully packaged in a box, ideal as a gift, anyone receiving one would be thrilled, I cannot fault this company, their jewellery is perfect, whether you want to make a statement or just enjoy wearing something every day. Very highly recommended.

Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery. Nicely packaged. Only thing is they are quite small and I lost one on it's first wear! This is the problem with clip ons. I think that because they are so tiny the clip isn't strong enough.
Eternal Collection have offered to replace the earring I lost. Very kind of them and unexpected.

We use the mini clips on many of our designs as they are not only a lovely teardrop shape but they are easy to wear with or without comfort pads. They may be smaller than other clips but they are remarkably strong too. If you could let me know which earring you have lost we will be able to send you a single earring to make up the pair for you and as it is your first order with us we would the earring free of charge along with comfort pads, which may give you more confidence that they will hold. The clip-on earrings came within a…
The clip-on earrings came within a couple of days and were appropriately packaged. Unfortunately, the stone on one of the earrings dropped off before I even wore them and the comfort pads on both were loose and soon got lost. I think for £18 this isn't really good enough though I love the design. I have since re-glued the stone on and will buy some more comfort pads so have made it work! After this review was published, Eternity replied immediately with an apology and an offer to refund/replace. As a result of their quick and appropriate response, I will be happy to purchase from them again.

Good afternoon Ms Berek and thank you for taking the time to review your recent order as without it we would not be aware of the problem you have with your earrings. Please accept my sincere apologies for the fact that the stone came out of its setting. Of course this should not happen but sadly being semi-precious stones some are more porous than others and set better - although we leave them to set as long as possible and check all before packing, on thankfully rare occasions a stone can become dislodged. We will happily send out a replacement pair for you (no need to return the original earrings) and if you prefer you can chose an alternative pair in the same line. With regards to the comfort pads we include those as a courtesy as some customers like them and others do not - they are not a permanent fixture on the clips but we can attach them so they cannot be removed if you wish? Of course you may prefer a refund - please advise how you wish to proceed. Should you ever have any problems please do contact us and we will do our utmost to assist you.Kindest regards. . Susan.
