Unprofessional approach and attitude
ETC tax was entrusted to respond to some queries from HMRC with regards to the umbrella employment. They responded to the first letter and then they just abandoned me. On querying, I was told they won't be dealing with the case anymore without giving any reasons at all. Really unprofessional, and the person I spoke to was a bit rude as well in their verbal response. Please stay away from ETC TAX if you can!!!

Hopeless communication. Just don’t answer emails, gave up in the end and moved to another tax advisor

Slow, poor communication, mediocre output.
The timelines I was given for a relatively basic piece of work ended up being way off. The person with whom I communicated had arranged several days of holiday after we began the engagement without explaining this to me and he did not pass the work onto colleagues either. He also said certain things would be possible to do in the quote, but later another employee said they needed more money to do this. In general, slow, very average output and general frustration.
