I can't accurately give an opinion until I have to make a claim and see what kind of service essuranty provides!

Insuring Mobile Phones: Esurranty "labels" a mobile phone "used," as opposed to "new," if you delay in purchasing coverage. I purchased a phone, in "new" condition, from Verizon Wireless but delayed, beyond 30 days, in the purchase of coverage from Esurranty. To most reasonable people the term "used" implies, in this case, that the mobile phone had a previous owner. My major concern is that, in the event of a claim Esurranty will seize upon a "used" status as a basis to, either, completely deny a claim or, at best, pay only partial benefits and demand the customer must pay the difference.

Havent had to use the service so I cant say anything with certainty

Cheapest mobile insurance out there, luckily I haven't had to make a.claim. but I have contacted customer service and they were right on it!

After searching for the best coverage for cell phones, I decided that Esurranty offered the best coverage for the premium charges. Esurranty also has very good ratings online. It is difficult online to get through all the different sites that do not always give you good information. I weaved through a lot of razzle-dazzle to find the truth on coverages. I would recommend Esurranty, if you want to avoid all the smoke and mirrors online,,,,,.

I GIVE YOUR SERVICE 5 STARS.. EASY SET UP..AND I LOVE MY NOTE 9.. BUT GLAD TO HAVE YOUR HELP IF NEEDED

Coverage, reputation and price would seem to indicate that esurranty is the way to go when insuring your new phone.

great this offering exists since I bought an Apple Watch from a friend and apple won't cover after 30 days. I'm a little confused on the coverages available after reading all the docs but im sure if I need it, esurranty will help me out.

So far, so good. I haven’t had to make a claim, and hopefully won’t have to, but I shopped for companies thoroughly. I chose this one because in the event of damage or loss, replacement was a new device rather than refurbished.

As far as i know, they are equal to SquareTrade. Websitr and application were easy to navigate

of course i will NOT be able to truly evaluate the policy until i have a claim however, the initial purchase experience along with the informative web site i have reason to feel the 5 star rating was accurate. i would like to mention you folks were very responsive to the few email questions which i had prior to my purchase. hope i do not have to test your credibility :)

I heard good reviews so I decided to get a policy for my new phone. I haven't had to use it yet but if I do then I know it's covered.

The process was ok. I just only did not like the fact that if you create a profile with your address all kind of information, they send you after the purchase.more documents to sign and you must type again and again the same information they already have from you like 3 times more. It became annoying but in overall everything was good.
