Estimate Pro Build (EPB) is a business service built to help U.S. contractors and subcontractors consistently access real commercial opportunities through a structured system. We support construction companies that want a more reliable flow of estimate requests and a faster, clearer process to respond, quote, and follow up with potential clients. Our service is focused on operational execution—not marketing fluff. We configure each client’s profile based on their trade, service scope, coverage area, and capacity. From there, our system performs weekly outreach and positioning to reach companies that actively source contractors for commercial work. As a result, clients receive estimate opportunities inside the Estimate Pro Build system and can decide which projects to pursue. EPB provides onboarding, continuous support, and guidance on how to manage invitations and submit bids professionally. We also offer an AI-assisted plan-reading tool to help clients interpret drawings and prepare bid documentation faster; however, EPB does not replace the client’s estimator or set pricing. Clients remain fully responsible for their pricing, proposal decisions, and negotiations. We operate across the United States, with structured processes, documented service terms, and a support team committed to helping each client use the platform correctly and efficiently.
Performance Guarantee (Estimate Requests)
5 estimate requests in the first 5 weeks — or we optimize up to 9 weeks
We guarantee a minimum of 5 real estimate requests aligned with the client’s declared trade and coverage area within the first 5 weeks after activation. If the minimum is not reached, we provide additional optimization and reconfiguration for the following 4 weeks (total 9 weeks). If after 9 weeks the client has still not received at least 5 estimate requests, we refund 100% of the amount paid. This guarantee covers the delivery of estimate requests only; pricing, bid submission, negotiation, and contract closing are the client’s responsibility.

Estimate Pro Build cuenta con un equipo excepcional. Debo admitir que al principio estaba preocupado y bastante inseguro debido a malas experiencias que había tenido con otras plataformas que consideraba similares. Sin embargo, es increíble cómo una opinión puede cambiar.
Hoy mi empresa está en pleno crecimiento, recibiendo proyectos diariamente, exactamente como me lo prometieron. Y lo mejor de todo es que no existen cargos adicionales ni costos inesperados, lo que brinda mucha tranquilidad y confianza durante todo el proceso.
Recomiendo ampliamente a Estimate Pro Build. Es una empresa joven, sólida en el mercado y que supera las expectativas, entregando mucho más de lo que promete.
