I came from abroad for a hair transplantation and had a very good experience at Estecenter Clinic Istanbul.

The operation went very smooth, I felt very good and comfortable all the time,
the communication was perfect from the beginning. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was very good and everything was nearby.

The team and all the doctors are very high professionals, I am very happy to made this decision to come here. I highly recommend Estecenter Istanbul.

Ich bin für eine Haartransplantation zum Estecenter Istanbul gekommen, es ist eine sehr professionelle, moderne und hochwertige Klinik. Von Anfang an war die Kommunikation sehr sehr gut und ich habe mich bestens aufgehoben gefühlt, Das Ärzteteam ist sehr gut, das ganze Team tut alles das es einem gut geht und an nichts fehlt, der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel verlief reibungslos, das Hotel war ebenfalls sehr gut und sehr nah, Es war eine sehr gute Entscheidung hierherzukommen und ich bin sehr froh meine Haartransplanation bei Estecenter gemacht zu haben. Das Team spricht auch andere Spachen sodass man gut aufgehoben ist.

Ich kann es jedem der es überlegt zu machen nur empfehlen!!!

Klinikte bütün ekip ve doktorlar cok sempatik ve herkes cok profesyonel ve üst seviye calisiyor. Ben cok memnum kaldim ve yapmak isteyenlere kesinlikle Estecenter Istanbul kliniki önerebiliyorum.

When I realized that my hair was falling out from the age of 18, I lost confidence in myself, both looking at myself in the mirror and in the photos and it started to bother me. I thought a lot and finally decided to get a hair transplant. After my research for about 3 years, I decided to apply to the ESTECENTER clinic and I want to tell you in a sentence or two how correct this decision is. I was very happy that the doctors and their assistants practiced their professions with great dedication and conscience, and that their thoroughness, knowledge and experience in the diagnosis and treatment process, as well as their professionalism were at the level to be taken as an example. It was valuable to me that they handled a difficult process with patience and understanding. Thanks to the natural and successful result, my self-confidence and satisfaction have increased. I would like to thank the Estecenter team for their interest and care.

İşinde bu kadar iyi yetişmiş bir ekip ve güleryüzlü hizmet anlayışını benimseyip danışanların düşüncelerini anlayıp hayal ettiklerini verebilmek için elinden gelen her şeyi yapıyorlar. Ben saç ekimi ve mezoterapi yaptırdım gerek Ekim öncesi gerekse Ekim sonrası tüm süreci takip ederek her şeyin en iyisi olması için elinden gelen her şeyi yapıyorlar. Ki bu çok önemli ekimden sonra sürecin takibi durumun gözetim altında olması ve danışanların her sorusuna severek ve güler yüzle cevap verilip doğru yönlendirilmesi. Her gittiğimizde güler yüzle karşılayıp kontrol etmeleri çok güzel. Ekim yeri olarak çok hijyenik bir yer ki çalışanlarda aynı şekilde hijyen kurallarına uyarak çalışıyorlar. Ben bütün herkese en içten şekilde tavsiye ederim estecenter daha iyisini yapana kadar daha iyisi yok.

I had my hair transplant including stem cell therapy at Estecenter in Istanbul in January 2025, and I am very satisfied with the entire experience.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The procedure was well organized, completely problem-free, and I did not experience any pain or complications at all. The medical team was professional, caring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.

I am extremely happy with the final result and it has met (and even exceeded) my expectations. I can confidently recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.

Sono stato nella clinica Estecenter a Gennaio 2024 per il mio secondo intervento di trapianto di capelli. Devo dire che il risultato ha superato le mie aspettative. Il DR Çevik e Nadia sono stati molto disponibili sia prima che dopo l’intervento. Se dovessi scegliere nuovamente dove fare il trapianto di capelli, andrei certamente da Estecenter

Meine Tante hat im Estecenter in Istanbul eine Bauchdeckenstraffung durchführen lassen. Der gesamte Ablauf war äußerst unprofessionell und gefährlich.

Schon am Tag nach der Operation sollte sie entlassen und nach Deutschland zurückfliegen, obwohl es ihr sehr schlecht ging. Es wurde kein Blutbild gemacht, obwohl sie ausdrücklich darum gebeten hatte. Stattdessen bekam sie von einem Arzt nur die Antwort: „Bin ich oder du der Arzt?“

Die Naht ist völlig schief und unsauber gesetzt. Der Katheter wurde bereits nach fünf Stunden entfernt, was viel zu früh war.

Nach dem Rückflug musste meine Tante in Deutschland sofort ins Krankenhaus eingeliefert werden. Dort stellte sich heraus, dass sie innere Blutungen hat und seit Tagen auf der Intensivstation im Cellitinnen-Krankenhaus liegt und Bluttransfusionen erhält. Die Ärzte sagten, es sei ein Wunder, dass sie den Flug überlebt hat.

Die deutschen Ärzte erklärten außerdem, dass die Naht nicht geöffnet werden darf, da sie dies nicht überleben würde. Die innere Blutung muss von selbst heilen, was einen langen und schmerzhaften Heilungsprozess bedeutet. Diese Folgen werden sie ihr ganzes Leben begleiten.

Wir sind tief enttäuscht und schockiert über den Umgang und die Nachsorge in dieser Klinik. Wir werden rechtliche Schritte einleiten.
Ich rate dringend davon ab, sich dort operieren zu lassen.

Ich habe mich letztes Jahr in dieser Klinik in der Türkei einer Brustoperation unterzogen und bin mit dem Ergebnis äußerst unzufrieden. Ein Implantat wurde unter dem Muskel, das andere über dem Muskel eingesetzt, wodurch eine deutliche Asymmetrie entstand. Auch die Straffung war misslungen.

Die angebotene Korrektur brachte keine Verbesserung – das Implantat wurde erneut falsch positioniert, es wurde lediglich etwas Haut nachgestrafft. Seit über einem Jahr warte ich auf meine Rechnung, meine Unterlagen und eine Lösung.

Ich habe nicht nur körperlich, sondern auch psychisch unter den Folgen gelitten. Hygiene und Professionalität lassen hier stark zu wünschen übrig. Niemand, der seine Gesundheit und sein Leben schätzt, sollte sich dort behandeln lassen.

Yesterday I went to Estecenter to use one of the PRP + Mesotherapy sessions from the 3-session package I had purchased. However, as soon as I arrived, a staff member spoke to me in a very rude manner, claiming that I had not paid for the package. This was completely untrue, since I had already paid 7,000 TL in cash about a month ago for the full 3-session package, and I had even used one of the sessions at that time.

Because their system did not show my payment, I was kept waiting for a long time while they tried to get confirmation from their accounting department. Eventually, they confirmed that the payment had indeed been made. Yet, not a single apology was offered for the stress and inconvenience they caused me.

Due to this unprofessional and disrespectful treatment, I told them I no longer wished to continue my treatments there and requested a refund. Unfortunately, even the refund process was full of delays and contradictory statements.

What shocked me even more was discovering that the person performing PRP and mesotherapy treatments was actually the same person working at the reception desk. This is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about safety and standards.

In conclusion, I was completely dissatisfied with Estecenter’s services, will never return, and I absolutely do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Feedback on My Hair Transplant at Estecenter, Istanbul

I had a hair transplant at Estecenter in Istanbul in 2022, and unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the results. While the transplant seemed to take well in the frontal area, the vertex (top center of the head) — where they spent several hours implanting grafts — has not shown lasting improvement. That area is now noticeably thinning again.

I took great care during the crucial first months, following all post-op instructions to avoid putting any strain on the implanted areas. Going through the pain, healing process, and daily precautions felt worthwhile at the time — but now, only a couple of years later, I’m left feeling let down.

After investing time, money, and trust in Estecenter, I had hoped for more consistent and durable results. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as others considering a transplant deserve to know what to expect in the long term.

Bis zur Haartransplantation und der Bezahlung alles super. Nach der OP wird nicht mehr auf Rückfragen und Probleme mit der OP reagiert. Wenn ihr eine Klinik mit Post-Op Service haben wollt ist das die falsche Klinik.
