This is the only south Korea company for which I need to pay import tax. I was even retroactively charged with duty from 10 months ago.

I was shocked at how quickly my product arrived and it was packaged perfectly with bubble wrap and a cooling pack. I think it came 4 days after I ordered it. Very grateful. And of course the product works great. Thanks!

Amazing, stress free process as an american buyer from the East Coast :) Don't hesitate to set your order, just make sure to follow the steps to send the funds to them as they are overseas and they have different protocol, but it is simple and worth it guaranteed.

Placed order on 12/24/25, paid via Remitly, received email confirmation from remitly and estaderma that day that funds were received. I got an email today from Estaderma on 1/2/26 saying they are out of the product I purchased (5 vials of Miracle L). Mind you it was in stock when I purchased and completed my order. The email they sent states my options are to wait until it is back in stock which is “expected” in February, get store credit in the amount of the items or choose other items in the same amount. I asked for a full refund of my purchase since none of the items in the order have been shipped and they don’t actually have what I ordered. They are out of office so I’m awaiting response. If their policy is to take your money then not deliver on the product purchased make you wait a month or whenever it is back in stock or to give store credit then I will not ever be using Estaderma again. This is unacceptable. I have used other Korean vendors and not had this type of issue. The whole “store credit” option instead of refunding a consumers money is not how customer service should be handled when the product is not in stock!!

Update 1/5/25 they responded and are willing to refund my money since nothing has shipped yet however they are asking for my banking information, which I never provided since this was a payment via Remitly with my credit card. I have asked them to refund via the same method. Awaiting a response. If they do indeed refund my money in a timely manner then my 1 star rating would be adjusted, will wait to see.

I love this company and distributor!! I am a medical esthetician and in the recent years was being priced out of the services I offered due to the insane increase in cost for American and European brands. Since I started using the Korean version of Botox and filler my clients are not on satisfied with thier appearance, I am able to pass along my savings to them, making these beauty treatments and affordable in an ever rising cost of services.

Estaderma has the best sales, top of the line products and the best customer service. Delivery is typically at 2-4 days for me in Wa state.( I can’t get local packages that fast) At times deliveries can be a bit delayed due to issues out of their control in the US right now which is always addressed quickly and efficiently by Estaderma. My products have always arrived intact & well packed. I have to tell you all the products at Estaderma.com are excellent quality every single time and I trust them implicitly. What products do I love? I especially love… EVERYTHING. Stay Sassy!
