Made a genuine mistake in ordering a repeat subscription (this was not clear at checkout) money was automatically taken from my account and they choose not to refund me. I will use the credits but after that I will not use this company again, a shame really as their products were good.

I've never had a problem with this business. I have been ordering from them a little under a year now they even sent me a personalized video of how appreciative they are for me supporting their business. I use their honey mask and brown sugar scrub. My face has never felt better.

Please be very careful with this company. They are scamming people. I made a purchase from them that says buy one get one free but I only received one item. I emailed them and explained, they apologised that it may be browser error and I just let it go. I didn’t order anything from them since then but this morning I got an email that they took £20 subscription fee from my account. I didn’t subscribe with this company. What will I subscribe for? I just read similar reviews on trust pilot regarding this issue. Do not buy from them. They are fraudulent. Why would someone in their right sense make a £20 month subscription from them?? For what???
SCAMMING BY FORCING CUSTOMERS TO ACCEPT THEY HAVE SUBSCRIBE FOR MEMBERSHIP WHICH THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT
I checked my bank account, and I found out this company was taking money without my consent for months.
I sent them the message to refund my money, and they told me, they cannot refund but they have given me credit or bonus to purchase other items.
I insisted on my refund, they shouldn't make a fool out of me, this is not the first time they did this to me.
At first, I believed it was my fault but later I realized this is a strategy they use to scam their existing customers to forcibly buy the product they don't necessarily need.
I have been loyal customer, but they a using manipulative tactics to trick me and continuously steal my money from my account.
If they are able to steal my money, then i think there might also be something fishy about their product that customers don't know of. I don't think I will ever recommend their product to anyone.
I will also take legal actions against them.

My skin feels and looks amazing after using the total face care in just a few days. I even bought and sent a set to my friend in Jamaica 🇯🇲. These products are genuine gentle and kind to the skin. I love ❤️ the body combo too. Thank you team Ava Estel. Happy customer.
Ava Estell Product Delay
Ordered 11/29 received 02/20. Highly irritated.i was continuously told winter body cream was on back order or out of stock which was supposedly causing the delay. The annoying thing was the winter body cream continued to be sold online. They took the money out immediately instead of when order is about to be shipped. They had my money for three months. Sadly, although products I have ordered are great, will be extremely hesitant to order again. It appears that the customer service from the days when A E started has gone down the drain. Now it’s the sell, sell, SELL mentality.

Product not delivered. Scam artists
My first mistake was not taking the poor reviews seriously. I placed an order through a black Friday offer and made contact with the company soon after to ensure they had received my order and to get a clearer eta on delivery dates. I was met with a prompt response and no cause for concern. However, I sent further emails as they had not honoured the eta of the delivery. In total, thus far, I have sent 8 emails - each time a reply is provided by what I now know is a bot - its been 3 months. It offers an apology and had even offered a complimentary item. The company has set this bot to blame logistics and to give thanks for "our patience and support". Ava estelle has absolutely no support from many of us who have been victim to their poor practices. If a company cannot deliver the purchased item, a refund should be immediately processed - however this company prefers to lie in hopes that you simply just give up. The way that myself and many other customers have been dealt with is disgusting and this is about the Principle of the matter now, rather than just the money or the product. People often leave comments on their glossy Instagram page, to expose their tactics or to simply request an update - however Ava Estell simply delete them.
Even if the products are of the quality that others rave about, the terrible customer services completely let's down this amateur company. The owner often posts on his personal Instagram about how to make money etc - and this is how - by conning people who had good faith, believing they were purchasing from a family with a passion.
Lies.
I wish I could give zero stars.

Heart-Centered Customer Service
One of the most amazing if not THE most amazing customer experience team I have ever have the pleasure of engaging with. They are attentive, they follow up, and they go above and beyond to attend to the clients to ensure they are satisfied and it is so wholesome to experience. I genuinely get the sense that they care and the fact that their products are so amazing is just a delicious bonus because what is most important is the humanity and sensitivity and care with which they approach their clients (or at least this has always been my experience with them). The delivery process can be frustrating but this seems to be due to circumstances beyond their control and their end goal always seems to be that the client is ultimately satisfied.
50/50 Chance You'll Get The Product
Ordered back in November 2024 during Black Friday sale and it's February 2025. I still do not have my products and I have not gotten a refund. Customer service will apologize and try to give you a discount code but it's not worth the inconsistency of receiving the product or not. Be aware that if you order there is a likely possibility you may not even get your order and if you do, it'll be weeks/months before you get it.
It's a decent product but there's others products out there that are just as good and actually having proper shipping methods.
You've been warned.

Ordered some items on 9th Jan 2025 for my partner as it worked well for him on two previous occasions. On the 13th Jan 2025 i received notification to items were shipped. After a week nothing so i chased them for an update. I was then told to wait a bit longer as they were experiencing logistical issues. I did in fact wait 4 weeks and still no other was sent to me. They insisted i waited some more, which i refused to do as they could not provide me with an ETA. This company knew they had no problem fulfilling orders but they kept taking people's money with no intention of shipping any products.
After raising the issue the cheeky buggers said we will refund your original payment method excluding delivery fees as they do not refund delivery charges. NOTE: No delivery was attempted nor were the items shipped.
This business (or lack there of) refuses to issue their customers full refunds which they are entitled to.
As much as you might want to support a black business, this is one to stay clear of.
Do not waste your hard owned money on a company who has no intention of shipping your products.
Warning: Unethical Practices by Ava Estelle
I want to share my recent experience with Ava Estelle to alert potential customers about their unethical practices.
I purchased some products from Ava Estelle and accidentally clicked the subscribe box. They took money from my account for the first time, and I immediately noted it. I alerted Ava Estelle and canceled the subscription. However, they refused to refund my money and insisted that I use the credit to buy more products, which I did not want.
Recently, I discovered that despite canceling my subscription, they continued to take money from my account. When I brought this to their attention, they again refused to refund my money and offered me credit instead. I find this practice unethical and want to warn others who might consider buying products from Ava Estelle.
Please be cautious when you dealing with this company.

Delays in delivering products and appalling customer service.
The worse is yet to come, be careful if you purchase that you don't press ava+ as you will be charged monthly subscription fees which isn't clear. It's a tactic they use and then refuse to refund you.
Ava Estell products are brilliant
Ava Estell products are brilliant! I ordered during their BF sale having keep seeing them pop up on my Instagram and being a black business so thought I’d give them a go. Products took a good while to arrive (had to chase up - but customer service was great in getting it dealt with) and I must say I am pleasantly surprised. These products and the branding are great! I’ll definitely be back and order again. Would give 5 stars if their delivery service was A1.

I would give this company a negative start if there was such an option. I placed an order on December 2nd 2024 for facial products. I still have yet to receive anything. All I've gotten was a confirmation email. Apparently they are busy because of the holidays. What holidays are you referring to? Today is January 27th. Am I ever going to receive my package? I keep getting automated email saying I will get my package. Is there a human being monitoring any of these mails? What kind of business are you all running?

I have been you Ava Estell products for awhile and love it. I needed to re-up so I made a large purchased back in November and as of today still haven’t received my items. I have reached out several times and with the same response from other viewers that it’s back ordered. However I see some had received their order. I am a little disappointed and will be asking for a refund.

Product was used previously and worked great. Used it on my teen daughter results were semi present but product ran out. Ordered December 3rd and have not received an update or my order. Been emailing following up and nothing but the run around. Asked for a refund crickets. I’m so shocked.
Horrible order/logistics experience
Orders product in November and it’s January 10 and I’m yet to get my product. Emailed them and they said they were back ordered. You have money to supercharge ads but not enough for logistics. Even if you made a great product this is sure a great recipe to go out of business quick. Smdh!!!!
