Nice first purchase of beans
The beans are packaged properly and promptly delivered. Unfortunately, the delivery fee is abit pricey from Germany to UK. Will still be buying from there as and when there are value-for-money beans to buy.

Disappointed
I have ordered 2 packs of coffee when arrived , one was hermetically sealed but the other one ( Mocca Efti Vigorosso) had completely lost its seal.
i don’t know if that happened in transport or if the coffee was already sold like this either way you can say triggered the process of aeration and oxidation of the coffee oils, what significantly affected its flavour and aroma. Disappointed. A specially that I have sent an email to the company raising the problem but they didn’t even bothered to respond.
Shame looked like I found the good shop. Obviously not that good
