Negative experience with suspended…

Negative experience with suspended service and missing refunds
I used this company’s services for three months after paying $2,000 for onboarding. Initially, the service worked correctly, but later the payment processor they provided stopped working due to the company’s internal issues.
From that point on, I only received promises of service reactivation that were never kept. The company failed to restore the paid service and withheld approximately $8,000 worth of orders without providing valid explanations or alternative solutions.
Despite my attempts to resolve the situation through direct communications, the company did not follow through on their commitments. I had to involve the relevant authorities to protect my rights as a customer.
The lack of transparency and inadequacy in handling technical problems severely compromised my professional experience. I do not recommend this company based on my direct experience.

Mixed feelings

Mixed feelings. We’re in the sports betting niche, so I expected delays. But the underwriting took longer than we were told, and there wasn’t much proactive communication. That said, the account’s active now and runs fine. Gateway works. Support's responsive—when you get through. It’s just not as smooth as we hoped.

EspertoPay Scam

We’re posting this EspertoPay review as a warning to others considering working with EspertoPay — based on our experience, we have every reason to believe this is a scam.
Here’s our story:
We paid 2,000 USDT as an upfront integration/setup fee to EspertoPay. Communication was smooth at the beginning, and we were told that settlement would follow a T+7 schedule (standard). We started processing transactions right after, expecting to see test payouts as part of the flow.
Critically, no one from EspertoPay mentioned any minimum volume requirement before we started. Only after we had already processed several thousand dollars did they suddenly bring up a “10,000 USD minimum” for settlements. This felt shady, but we decided to keep going in good faith.
Once we crossed the 10k mark (we processed a total of 12,117 USD in deposits), we asked for settlement again. Nothing happened. We followed up multiple times. No payouts were ever made.
As it stands:
- They took 2,000 USDT as a “setup fee”
- They processed over 12,000 USD in customer deposits
- We received nothing in return
- Total money held: over 14,000 USD

We informed them this was a test run, clearly stating that we needed to see the complete flow, including settlements, before scaling up. They ignored this and stopped responding when we started pushing for the money.
We’ve done some digging and found strong indications that EspertoPay may be connected to other questionable entities:
Ragapay.com
TrustFinance

If you compare the tactics, response style, and even UI patterns, it looks like the same team is operating across multiple names. This is a textbook scam pattern — collect setup fees, take in deposits, delay settlements with fake thresholds, then vanish.

We take false accusations very seriously and would like to set the record straight regarding this misleading and defamatory review.
This merchant did, in fact, pay a 2,000 USDT setup fee, and we provided full onboarding and access to our payment solution as agreed. However, during ongoing transaction monitoring, suspicious activity was flagged on their MID (Merchant ID), including high-volume chargebacks and transaction patterns consistent with front shop laundering.
Upon identifying this risk, we immediately communicated the concerns with the merchant, and following compliance procedures, we blocked the MID to prevent further exposure. It's worth noting:
Over 80% of the processed transactions resulted in chargebacks.
We, as the PSP, were held financially liable for penalties and fraud exposure.
Despite the risk and losses on our side, we still refunded the full setup fee as a gesture of good faith.
The claim that we “vanished” is false — we maintained communication until it became clear that the merchant’s operations posed a serious compliance and legal risk to our platform.
Furthermore, we categorically deny any association with the entities mentioned (Ragapay, TrustFinance). EspertoPay is a licensed MSB, operating independently and in full compliance with applicable regulations.
This review appears to be motivated purely by grudge, after we rightfully terminated services due to policy violations. Our responsibility is to protect the integrity of our platform and the security of the financial ecosystem — and we stand by our decision.

After paying $3000 for onboarding, after 2 months of service, they terminated our service and did not forward us approximately $8000 in revenue. Be careful of this company.
