I have traded with them about a year. Last week I had unpleasant experience due to change in their bank. I had to verify again my identity and comply with source of funds requirements. The bot declined my photos and selfie match 4 times. The whole experience was highly unpleasant. I started to worry that this was some scam designed to prevent me from withdrawing my money. After all the problem was resolved thanks to the people working there. I am very thankful to Simon, a manager there, I am not sure about his exact position. The man helped me personally and his human care and human touch reduced my stress and fears significantly. The Support team helped too. I also had issues twice with slippage while trading this year and this caused me losses that should not appear, but I was told it is the liquidity provider, not the brokers fault. So this is my experience - 5 stars because of the staff! Robots can not replace people.

Utilizzo questo Broker da quasi un anno, non è l'unico che io abbia. Devo ammettere però, che le tante promozioni allettanti, la velocità del supporto nel rispondermi e nel risolvermi i piccoli problemi inevitabili, lo rendono superiore agli altri che io ho. Sto avendo sempre più fiducia nel pensare di aprire un conto vip!!!

La mia esperienza è pessima sto usando ESPERIO da settembre 2023 sino ad oggi ho maturato solo 400€ decido di prenderli per testare il sito. Sul conto le 400€ non ci sono più ma il bonifico sul mio conto personale non è mai arrivato e sono passati i 7 giorni. Senza parole…non fidatevi!

Signori non fidatevi delle recensioni positive che sono sicuramente fatte ad hoc. Allora, il broker, primo non è regolamentato, e secondo non ha i conti segregati. Sostanzialmente è come se deste i vostri soldi ad un qualsiasi estraneo sperando che sia onesto. Parlando invece della mia esperienza personale posso dirvi questo: il bonus è una delle cose più' ridicole che abbia mai visto. Primo, è calcolato in base al vostro deposito e per poterlo riscattare bisogna fare un lottaggio tale (entro un anno) che solo un folle o uno che ha la sfera di cristallo per prevedere il futuro potrebbe fare senza bruciare il conto. Ma la cosa ancora peggiore è che ti fanno credere che almeno serva come margine, e lo vedi pure come margine nella mt4, ma invece non fa neanche questo!! Altra cosa disdicevole: lo swap giustamente può essere sia positivo che negativo, quando è positivo, ogni giorno in cui il trade sta in overnight dovrebbero accreditarti lo swap.. giusto? Loro no, anche se ad esempio su una posizione corta sul nasdaq lo swap è positivo, per Esperio è negativo e te lo addebitano. Ho chiesto spiegazioni al riguardo e mi hanno rimbalzato da un fatiscente reparto all'altro per poi chiudere il caso. Truffa!! Vergognatevi!!

What's good about Esperio is its support. Always available no matter how many times I've reached out they responded promptly and always in a relevant , not just with standard responses like "figure it out yourself" but specifically and to the point.

I use the Copy Trading in Esperio. All that matters to me is the outcome and it's there, which means the project is working well. I've practically moved all funds from various accounts to one under this project. The trader trades, their deals get copied, I periodically look from my phone at how things are on the account and whether there is profit or not.
