tried to get in contact regarding a return address and a refund but had no reply

There replying is ignorant no answer at all been trying to get hold off then all week and still no answer. It’s been past 10 days still haven’t got my Oder.

I ordered 3 items from here. Received one of them the day after, the other two still haven’t arrived. No communication via instagram or email.

ordered on 28/05 its now 28/06, still have not received my order. there has been no replies to my emails or instagram messages, dont order from here guys, very rare chance of you receiving your items, not legit or trustable at all

I’ve tried communicating with you guys for a week straight about my order and got no replies about my Canada goose jacket , I’ve ordered on the 11th June , now it’s the 25th and my order hasn’t been notified or tracked ever since, so if you guys could please reply to your WhatsApp then I’d appreciate it.

The delivery is a joke, like you’ll eventually receive your item but not until months after…communication isn’t the greatest either. Good stock displayed but really bad delivery and communication

I’ve made 3 purchases from here I have only received one of them the communication is terrible I ordered a tracksuit as my first purchase they then said wait a couple weeks and we will give you a refund so I did but I never received the refund then my latest purchase said it had been processed and 2 weeks later not even a email to say it’s been dispatched

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION ordered a tech fleece tracksuit they cancelled the shipping order due to it not being in stock then I had to contact them first they didn't contact me about cancelling the shipping then they said do I want a refund or a different tracksuit I said yes a different tracksuit and they still haven't replied terrible communication

i have tried to message them about the essentials tracksuit twice on Instagram for the past 3 weeks and still no reply

Very good quality items do arrive and are very good I enjoy my jacket

Bought £100 worth of items and never received and attempts at contacting have just been left unanswered after weeks

Got my goose and it was soooo soooo goood like omg too sick !!!! A bit of a delay but don’t mind the wait . Love it and will order more soon .
