Poor communication and customer service. They don't ship anything out and you have to contact them to cancel. Luckily I paid with Klarna and they reversed charges after 10 days of them not processing my order. I had high hopes because it said it was a Canadian Company. Wouldn't waste time on this site.

Having survived for years without TNS Adavanced+ and [plated] intense serums (one old favourite, one new one) I didn't mind waiting a few weeks for delivery. I was not disappointed. I bought bundles to save on costs and now I'm stocked with best in class products for a year - they work wonders in tiny amounts and last a long time. So I am very happy with my purchase. It may be true that "The way-yay-ting is the hardest part" ... but I can work with that by re-ordering early. I live in Australia and these products are hard to access.

31 days and still no product – Avoid this company

When I reached out for an update, I received a mediocre response on Jan 13th blaming "supplier issues" and offering free samples as a "goodwill gesture." While the gesture sounded nice, it was hollow—no shipment has followed, and there has been no further communication regarding when (or if) my order will actually arrive.

It is completely unacceptable to wait a full month for a product with zero transparency and no tangible progress. I have now requested a full refund. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Terrible. I ordered a shower head back in July 2025 then in December 2025 I get an automatic $43.00 PayPal debit to my account for a filter which I did not order. This business is the typical marketing scam and the reason folks should not buy from businesses like this.

My order is yet to arrive .
Funds have been taken and emails are being ignored .
If I do not receive my order I will be reporting the company to trading standards and outing themnaccrpss social media.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. They advertise products they do not have in stock and you pay huge amounts for fast shipping when they don't even have the item in stock. It's been a month since I ordered and they still haven't shipped the order and despite me emailing 3 times to cancel the order they are not replying to me and refunding me. Researching where I can report this scam to and hopefully attempt to get my money back but warning people in the mean time. "#ESK-15669" - my order number in case they attempt to comment on my review and say they don't have a record of my order as I have seen them do on other reviews.

I ordered two bottles of Retrinal Advanced Serum and paid high international shipping fees plus customs to receive them in France. When the package arrived, both boxes looked worn and repeatedly handled, as if they had been opened multiple times.

When I opened the first bottle, the dropper was already completely filled with product (something that should never happen with a new, sealed serum) Both bottles had a strong alcohol smell, completely different from the real product I used in the past. The texture and scent were clearly off, and I could not use them safely.

For a premium skincare purchase, this was extremely disappointing and felt untrustworthy. Consumers ordering internationally have no protection, so the least a shop can do is deliver authentic, untouched products in proper condition. Unfortunately, this was not my experience.

Sold me a product they didn’t have in stock. Kept lying about when it would be shipped. Had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Buyer beware!!

All of my transactions have been handled with the most professional and reliable care...receive what I asked for at a fair price with no drama.

I have purchased a product almost three weeks ago from them, and it hasn’t even been shipped.
What’s most frustrating is that I paid £20 just for delivery claiming it’s a priority and fast shipping .
Liars and scammers can’t even respond to my emails .

What a joke. I placed an order and only later found out one item was secretly backordered. No proactive updates, just silence until I chased them down. And now they want to charge me shipping if I cancel the item they can’t even deliver? Really?

If this is how they treat paying customers, I’d strongly suggest spending your money elsewhere.

Awful - took two months for an item to arrive, customer service kept telling me that it will be arriving in the next 7 days. When I asked to cancel the whole order they said they can't do ot for the whole order and only items not in stock. It was just the worst experience ever, I would never purchase from here again and would warn everyone not to purchase from this website as it's borderline scam. Wouldn't touch it with the bargepole, companies like this should be sued

Terrible customer service . BUYERs BEWARE!
Only sent me one shiwerhead unpaid for two. Returned the one and only credit for one. Been doing this for two months. Never answer emails. Terrible terrible customer service. No phone numbers. Clearly owners don’t care. Anyone is better

I normally don’t do reviews but thought I should share my experience. Watched the video and it seemed like a great product but it’s been a little bit of a let down.
The first filter only lasted 3 weeks. Called company and they said they had a bad batch of filters.
Their response was we can send you a 1 time complimentary filter. Which I have not gotten yet.
We sent a video showing old filter and new filter.
NO water pressure. Clearly something wrong with product if it does not last the 3 months it is suppose to.
You should honor product warranty. Not a 1 time complimentary filter. Since you have had defect in the product.
Made us feel like we did something wrong.
I order 4 filters probably from the same batch because the 2nd one is loosing pressure after 3 weeks. Also seems to make my hair and skin feel dry!! Suppose to make it feel better. My water softener does a better job.

They are 100% a scam and based on the way they emotionally respond to some of these reviews, I would say the support agents are part of it. I did get them to cancel my order but we need to report them to the BBB.

I bought from them on May 5th and paid for fast service of 4 or 5 business days for almost 16 dollars for delivery, it was supposed to have arrived by now and they didn't even give us a tracking number so we can locate where it is. I'm going to wait another 4 days, if it doesn't arrive I'm going to the police and I'm going to sue this website!
