Poor service in Tunisia
Not great. Very poor service in Tunisia, so it was a waste of money. I would not use this again nor would I recommend it.
I had to restart my phone numerous times to try and get a webpage to load.
Also, I noticed that the advertisements were in Polish on the websites that did load, so I am not sure if the Internet connection was rerouted through Poland.
Not great.

Waste of money
This does not work, I've purchased 10GM data plan for Tunisia, activated but couldn't almost open a simple webpage, this sucks.

Money lost
This service is a joke and a lost of money lost. It is not working in Tunisia. 90% of the time is disconnect and useless. You can get 10GB from Orange, from the airport with 8 Euro, or 27GB for 12 Euro. Cheaper and working perfect. I contacted customer service for help or refund but they don't bother to help you. I received no replay. Don't get fooled by the owner that provide a review for every comment on this site. They really don't care about you, they care only in taking your money for nothing.
July 27, 2024 update: no reaction from customer service, no refund, they don't care!

No 5G, but fast delivery
Esim details are sent quickly, but 5G is excluded (in Czechia) making it a little tricky to use in areas that have 5G but not 4G. The sales page does not clearly state that 5G is excluded.

OK service, when it worked
I travelled to Bali (Indonesia) for 7 days.
I'll start with the positives:
- Easy to activate and register, with responsive customer support
- Service worked great, for about 3 minutes at a time
Negatives:
- As mentioned above, the service was extremely unreliable. The 4G service would drop out intermittently to "No Service" every 2-3 minutes. Extremely frustrating when trying to travel.
- Customer Support eventually helped me diagnose this issue, stating that I needed to select a certain network carrier. Nowhere in the starting documentation was this stated.
Summary: I learned the lesson you get what you pay for. The service works, but be wary of provider issues.

A MUST E-SIM FOR TRAVELS
eSIMX e-SIMs are so reliable and the connection is great. I had a smooth journey of using it during my Indonesia and Malaysia trips. I highly recommend using this for traveling as it eases the difficulty of changing physical SIM cards during trips. eSIMX definitely provides a must-need during travels which is a fast data connection.

eSIMx Switzerland and land crossing
I used their eSIM for Switzerland and I travelled by train from Austria. I was concerned since I cross the border by land and there are so many mountains around that the connectivity would be an issue, but it wasn’t! I travel to Basel with borders France and Germany, and also due to the city location I thought it would be a problem to connect, but it wasn’t at all! Also installing and buying the eSIM was super fast. I literally bought it and received it via email in 2 minutes. I am using an iPhone 14 just. I couldn’t recommend eSIMx more!
