Replacement Filter

I ordered a replacement filter for my hot tub from them. Having not heard from them regarding the delivery, I contacted them by email, they responded immediately and explained that they were having issues with the supplier but assured me they were expecting delivery by the end of the week. I received a delivery within two or three days and found that they had upgraded my order.
Very happy with the communication and customer service, will be using them again.

Great company to deal with very…

Great company to deal with very efficient from point of sale to delivery .fantastic product and good advice on choosing the right tub for us , prices are very competitive ,no need to shop round ,thanks Chris and team we are very pleased .

Excellent service

Excellent service! Escape make it all so easy. Great communication from booking to engineer contacting an hour before arrival. Engineer ( Jake) was so polite, helpful and tidy.

Annual service

Able to deal directly with the owners via the phone should it be necessary. Owners and staff always helpful The annual service engineer was particularly helpful and gave us some very useful hints and tips about maintaining the hot tub.

Brilliant company

Brilliant company, highly recommend. After service is great, always someone on the end of the phone and nothing is too much trouble, even going out their way to deliver an item I needed when I couldn't get to the show room. Great customer service.
