Disappointed with the company
Did not arrive for our first appointment - disappointed as I had booked the time off work.
Rebooked and offered free filters
Can to service the hot tub eventually never bought the free filters- still haven’t had them!!
Never repaired the speaker as discussed prior to the day. They also knew from the previous year what the issue was, but the engineer was never advise she had to repair them on the day.
Advised would arrive at 830 didn’t arrive till 1030 so had to cancel my afternoon out that I had planned with my grandson ( after booking a second day off work!!
Would not recommend- still haven’t not followed up with me about the filters or the repair to the speakers

Had an issue with the spa and Jacuzzi Nottinghamshire sorted it straight away without any fuss and in really good time. Would definitely recommend based on value and great customer service.

Great service
Great service, reliable and reasonable. Don't waste your time with sole traders who advertise on Facebook, they will overcharge and let you down. This company supply accurate reports and records and turn up on time. I won't use anyone else.

Annual Service
Over the last 2 year i have had a problem getting the tub to heat up after the winter. Each time the engineer has turned up done a service and the tub had fired up. Always friendly with helpful tips
