Excellent customer service. I love their signature polo, and it was delivered pretty fast. I needed a size up, and they gave me a free replacement, and I even got to keep the original one!

Temps de livraison non respecter, supérieur à 3 semaines au de 3 à 8 jours ouvrés annoncés initialement, produits venant de Chine, qualité très médiocre, rien à voir avec le style Old Money. beaucoup trop chers!!

Ordered the Signature Polo, came in rather quickly. It fits around my arms nicely, I’m excited to place more orders with them in the future.

Ordered the Suede shoe in Light Khaki and received it in Light Olive, there was no Brand marking, country of origin or size on the shoe, just a small sticker with the size, no box, came in a plastic bag with the name EsandroVale.
Very cheap quality, I wouldn't even pay $10 for this.
Requested a refund which took 5 days and was told to keep the shoe.
I then requested the company in good faith to replace with the color and size I ordered as complimentary for the trouble I went thru as I had ordered to wear for a few events that I was attending, haven't heard anything to a few emails sent.
Wouldn't trust this company or recommended to anyone!

Ich habe über 1 Monat auf meine Bestellung gewartet, sie ist heute angekommen das Material ist so unfassbar billig die Hose entspricht null der Größe und die suit loafer waren komplett eingedrückt und zusammen gepresst in dem Paket zu finden

è passata tre settimane e il pacco non è ancora arrivato, anche se dicono che al massimo dovrebbe arrivare in una settimana, chiedo subito una risposta dal negozio!!!!!

Customer service off the charts, very polite and made everything right with getting a different size of clothing

I ordered from them almost 2 weeks ago and when my order came it was a bit small. I messaged customer service and they were very helpful and they got me some replacements shipped out very quick and they actually fit.

Poor quality in material and sizing. Product is falsely advertised as linen when product is a cheap polyester blend. Shoes are very cheap plastic and narrow footbed. Would give no stars. Return/refund process has been exhausting and jumping through hoops.

I wouldnt give even 1 star.
The quality is the cheapest that you will ever find.
The time of delivery is wayyy to far than what they promised.
They are advertising on facebook or TikTok saying they’re brand is Italian but in reality they full Chinese, the clothes are ripping if you try to wear them

And the best part is if you want to send it back for the return, you will have to pay an extra £20

Total losing money, time and expectation.

Don’t buy from them that’s my advice.

Has taken 9 weeks so far and still no order and they refuse to cancel or refund! All the reviews are fake and you can’t leave one. This is a scam site!!!

I joined the affiliate program at EsandroVale.com and successfully referred customers — the system recorded the commissions. However, after several weeks, I have not received any payment. I’ve sent multiple emails to their support but have received no response at all.

A website that runs an affiliate program but fails to pay commissions and ignores all support inquiries is unprofessional and shows signs of being a scam.

⚠️ I strongly advise others to stay away or be extremely cautious if you consider partnering with this project, especially as an affiliate.

I ordered some polos and they all looked great! I’ll be ordering some more for sure. Delivery took about a week maybe a week and a half but it was worth the wait. Would recommend.

Received clothes, eventually, 3 weeks after ordering. Terrible quality and badly damaged. Emailed immediately for return details. That was 2 weeks ago. Now emailed 3 times and no reply. Will be pursuing a refund through my bank. Terrible customer service!

Received the item but 1 was wrong size. I ask for a refund but the customer service never replied. Its basically a dropshipping company.

Took two weeks to finally arrive and it’s just SHEIN clothing, literally put in a SHEIN bag and sent. Cheap crap that I am sending back because of course nothing fits. I would not recommend them at all.

The clothes were disappointing—poor quality, worse than what you'd find on Shein. On top of that, the sizing was way too small and definitely not true to size. Overall, not worth the money.

I like it, good communication and service they have, I made I mistake in my order and the helped me to fixed it. Third time buying from them and with no issues.

Delivery took absolutely forever, once it did finally arrive the product was damaged and the quality is horrific. Would never recommend
