I had an account with Errante broker. My account was blocked without prior notice, and 40 usd were deducted as Dormant Fee. Despite multiple requests, their support failed to provide any documentation or legal reason. Their behavior is unprofessional and lacks transparency. I advise caution when dealing with them.

I’m very grateful to the company that helped me get my money back, as shown by my display name and profile image.

I wish I could give them zero stars — they don’t even deserve one. Their customer support is absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’m extremely disappointed with how they treat their customers and the false information they provide.

I lost $2 because of their misleading information. I asked them multiple times — almost 10 times — if they offered a deposit bonus, and every time they said yes. Based on their confirmation, I deposited money. But afterward, they told me they don’t offer deposit bonuses. It was total misinformation.

That’s not all. I also asked if they charge a withdrawal fee via cryptocurrency, and again, they told me no fee. But after making the deposit, I discovered a $2 withdrawal fee.

Their customer support is not just bad — it’s completely unreliable. They consistently give false and misleading information. I highly recommend staying away fro

They are scammer. I send 200 usd up to their code which is in their site and inform them by mail. They havent find out solution and get by 200 usd also.

They don't have any problem for depositing, but they only get problems for withdrawing

I wish I could give them 0 start...they don't deserve 1 Star...but I have to give.... There customer service support totally Wrost .I am very disappointed about their customer support...they give false information..

This is the worst broker I have ever seen ..and this broker customer support is really really Wrost...they always give false information...i lost 2$ because of their false information...
I asked them if they would provide a deposit bonus and they said yes we are ..and then I deposited to get bonus and then they said we do not provide deposit bonus this is misinformation...i asked them almost 10 times about deposit bonus they said yes we provide deposit bonus..Not only this I asked them do you charge withdrawal fee via crypto currency they said no we don't charge the withdrawal fee...after the deposit I saw a 2$ withdrawal fee...😡😡 There customer support really really Wrost... They can't give correct information

very bad broker..please avoid. I Request wd of 100usd...and i supposed to receive RM470, but instead i only received RM404. They said i have been charge due to low trading activity.They supposed to put or highlight that 3% charge when i req wd, but no,nothing mention during the process, ..the rules are hidden and u dont realize it , and it makes easier for them to put that mistakes on you.And plus, 3%out of 100 usd..its supposed to be more than RM404..so many hidden charge..please please avoid this broker., very wide spread and slow withdrawal process..more than 12 hours.im sure not more than 2 years this broker will run away.

یه قانون دارن (ساختن) که شما باید واریز و برداشت رو از یک روش انجام بدید، وقتی من به خاطر نبود این قانون در قسمت قوانین اعتراض کردم پشتیبان شون آقای کیان یه فایل دیگه که در قسمت قوانین نبود رو برای من فرستادن و من رو به بستن حساب تهدید کردن

اگر بروکر معتبری بود پشتیبان وجودش رو داشت یک نفر رو به خاطر اعتراض تهدید کنه؟
خلاصه ما که دست مون به جایی نمی رسه پس در واریزی ها و انتخاب بروکر بیشتر دقت کنید

Ainda não fiz nenhum saques, mais têm amigos que já fizeram, fala que é muito rápido, o mais importante é a segurança do investimento e fazer retiradas, não demora muito, estou gostando.

Ho effettuato un Bonifico estero, con un parametro errato, le Fees erano di 18 euro (per mio errore).
Errante si è fatto carico di ben 13 euro , e me li ha messi di tasca sua nel mio conto deposito !!
Non è tanto per la somma in sè, ma un trattamento così ESEMPLARE non mi era mai capitato!!
Poi Mikaela (la responsabile per l'Italia) sempre precisa e disponibile, NUMERI 1 !!!!
