E.R.E Property  Anmeldelser

I had an excellent experience purchasing a property in the UK, thanks to the incredible support from Roksana and Gaby. From start to finish, they were both extremely professional, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Katherine and Adam have both been very supportive and have allowed the purchase of the property to complete in less than 3 weeks. Excellent service.

Always supportive with excellent communication. The process wasn’t easy and faced many delays from the developer, Prosperity Wealth. However, Katherine and Gaby from ERE provided valuable and professional support throughout.

They made up for the unprofessional and delayed service of Prosperity wealth.

The whole process from advising on what is available to purchase based on your needs, through to securing the property, setting up a company and completing with the Solicitor was very smooth. Thank you especially to Llewelyn Davis and Katherine Roberts, who are a delight to work with and super responsive to any questions.

I am an experienced investor in UK property and had the pleasure of working with Robert, Llewelyn and Katherine. They made the whole process straightforward and also have valuable industry contact when it comes to company formation and mortgages. Would highly recommend them.

I bought a new property through ERE as a private investor. The whole process was very simple and Llewelyn and his collages very helpful. I am considering buying another investment property though them later next year.

It’s absolutely not a flake review, I was ERE’s overseas client purchasing a property in the U.K. years ago. It’s meaningless to argue although very doubt who gave 4 or 5 Stars to this company. If you’re preparing a property purchase through ERE, just mindful to do researches on your own to know clearly “what kind of properties” they are selling if you don’t want to suffer heavy losses.

Original Review:

GET RID of ERE if you don’t want to suffer heavy financial loss! They target overseas investors who are not familiar with the UK properties. ERE have been selling properties with very low or no resale value that the local British would not buy, e.g. social housing, high crime rate locations, non standard construction..…. The sharing of 1 Star is just a friendly reminder to who would research before jumping into the investment trap.

5 star experience dealing ere. Very professional efficient and help. They have made buying a property seamless.

Kyle and Katherine led us through the process a step at a time. They responded to questions in a timely fashion and as first time investors in this type of purchase they explained the process clearly.

Excellent so far. Your staff particularly Eimeren so polite and trustworthy. She is an asset to your company.

ERE Property's attention to detail and professionalism is first class in my opinion. Their clients are at the forefront at all times, looking to make sure they have all necessary information before talking with clients.
Service levels are exceptional and communication to clear and concise. I really enjoy my interactions with ERE.

Ere are a not a scam although they are not regulated, so I’ve been told it is Paul Rothwell who is the culprit who owns Empire holding which changed to Featherfoot do not invest with them we have lost our deposit all the nice reviews are from staff and friends

We recently purchased a property from Willow Court, and we couldn't be happier with our experience, If these incredible team would not support us.
From the initial inquiry to the final signing, the team Gabriella, Adam Cullingworth and Katherine Manton was very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful every step of the way.

They listened to our needs and shared their knowledge and expertise with us. Me and my husband are very grateful to them.
And we are looking forward to doing business again with them in the future.

We highly recommend Willow Court Company to anyone in search of their investment property.
Thank you

Just completed another transaction with the ERE team and again experienced first class service and support from Adam and Eimeren. Whilst there were some unforeseen delays, the ERE team did everything possible to expedite and communicate effectively. Very professional !

We dealt with Adam and Eimeren. Adam was in charge of the entire process while Eimeren joined at the critical latter stages. Both Adam and Eimeren dealt with us throughout the process very professionally and transparently. What is remarkable is how actively they follow-up all details and ensure everything is on track, leaving no room for un-necessary delays in a demanding timescale.

Professional and always there to help with any issues before, during and after.

Given the potential risk assessment an investor must go through before deciding if this proposition is right for themselves, every question I asked, including a late flurry of them, Kyle answered professionally, calmly, and with evidence to back up each point. This approach enabled me to make a clear assessment and to reach the decision to invest. I fully recommend Kyle to you any potential investor
Eimeren's enthusiastic and patient style also greatly facilitated the purchase. Put it another way there was NO pressure selling from these two members of the ERE property team, something that always puts me off!!

Thanks to Gabriella and Adam
Very happy with the work and services received
The communication and support was great, made me feel comfortable that all was going well
I was slow in communicating back as l do night shifts but they’re very patient with me all the way till the completion date. Adam took a lot of his time explaining the process as this was new to me
He was friendly polite, helpful and professional
I would really recommend their services to any one

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a property through ERE Property.

From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

From the moment I contacted them, the Adam Cullingworth and Gabriella Mercer demonstrated professionalism and expertise.

They listened attentively to my requirements and preferences, ensuring they understood exactly what I was looking for in a property.

Their knowledge of the market were evident, as they provided valuable insights and guidance throughout the process.

The property listings they presented were all well-matched to my criteria,, and the Adam Cullingworth was always punctual and prepared, at any time of the day when I asked him a question or information, he has provided me detailed information about the property instantly.

They were proactive in coordinating with my solicitor and from reserving the plot until the closing.

Me and my wife are extremely happy with our new property and grateful to Adam Cullingworth and Gabriella Mercer for their great service.

I would like to thank them for their expertise, I was able to secure the property.

Therefore, I highly recommend ERE Property to anyone in search of their dream Investment.
