I purchased an item in early December, when the product arrived it was very poor quality and clearly not the designer label i purchased. I contacted Eredon for a refund, they required requesting more information, that I supplied. Despite several emails to them, i have not received a reply

All fake designer tops avoid at all costs
Just managed to get my money back from my bank reported them as selling fake goods.

I ordered several items for Christmas presents for my son which didn't fit him.
I find it impossible to return any items as they won't give me their return address. Every time I email to ask for their address they don't answer my question but ask me more questions. Eg can you send a photo of the item and proof of purchase etc.
The products were fake Ralph Lauren with dodgy logos.
I wouldn't use this company again.

Eredon and Zanvier seem to be the same fake Chinese company selling fake goods with no way to return . AVOID at all costs.

This company is an absolute scam.
Stated branded knitted fitted mens jumper delivered in a few days.
Took 5 weeks to arrive.
Upon opening found the.most disgusting jumper Ive even seen. The quality was disgraceful and the logo was stuck on.
It was nothing like advertised and should be blocked from future advertising .
They will not reply to my emails which stops me sending it back for a refund. Again scam

Buy absolutely nothing from this website, the product advertised bears no resemblance to the piece of Chinese rubbish that is delivered. You have been warned, money back forget it, also takes weeks to turn up.

Counterfeit I went to online banking raised a dispute. Got a refund from bank and put product in bin.

ordered on 8th December received 28th December. were quick enough to email me back when i chased my order. now i want to return them i have had absolutely no response. They also give you 14 days to return after order date, then items don't turn up for 20 days.

I cannot get anyone to respond to return my items i have been trying to get a response since beginning of dec and no one is responding i ordered 2 jumpers ralph lauren when arrived they were cheap and trash but still no return label and they were not worth the money please do not but from these people ..scammers

Actually 0 Stars, guaranteed delivery 2 - 4 days it actually took 13 days so didn't arrive in time. The quality is shocking absolutely nothing like the pictures advertised, cheap FAKE product, stook on logo and threads hanging off. Do not order from this company. I normally always check reviews before buying but on the one time I didn't because I was panic buying, I got ripped off. Will not make that mistake again. In the process of trying to return and get a refund but I won't hold my breath!!

DO NOT BUY ,SCAM SCAM SCAM. I ordered what i thought was 2 mens Ralph Lauren knitted jumpers . They were christmas presents . They are only fit for the bin . Disgusting cheap baggy t shirt material with a stick on transfer logo . Which was described as embroidered . Using real RL pictures. I have been emailing since November for a return address and full refund. The emails started to bounce back . It was blocked . Then when i carried on emailing they offered me 30% refund and to keep tops . When i refused and again asked for refund address and refund they are just ignoring . This company needs reporting and shutting down . This is first time i never read reviews as rushing and well and truley been scammed ( first time ever) it wont happen again . There is another company on the internet very similar . Do not order as probably same people just changed name .

Agree with everyone who has reviewed this company. I ordered before xmas, order status hasn't changed. I emailed customer services and received no response.
Unfortunately I didn’t check the reviews before ordering, vital lesson learnt.

I received my parcel today 27th December having ordered it on 10th December, so would be unable to return within 14 days of ordering.
Absolutely disgusted with the quality of this jumper which cost £40 so cross with myself for not checking reviews before ordering, So won't bother trying to return item, but hey ho lesson learnt & hopefully potential customers will check reviews before they purchase.
