Excellent service from start to finish
The whole process was explained to me in terms that I understood. The staff who I spoke with me were exceedingly personable and very patient as I have secondary progressive multiple sclerosis which affects my cognitive skills.
If anyone has doubts then I can say that I wasn’t rushed in any way and I made my choices in my own time so I didn’t feel under duress in any way.
I can highly recommend Laterlife Retirement Planning, especially Richard who took such good care of me.
