Never got my golf cart. My golf cart supposedly shipped and you could follow the shipping progress with a link they provided. Then the updates stopped coming and a notice was received that the shipment was on hold due to inclement weather. There was no way provided to get in touch with the shipping company. Whoever answers the phone at Equipment Master sounds like a Nigerian working from home. He apologizes and promises to get back to you and never does. Unfortunately, I wanted my golf cart as quickly as possible and thus used Wire Transfer. They answered phone until I mentioned I wanted my money back since i never received the cart.
This company IS A SCAM! and should not be trusted nor used fro any products. I plan to write many more reviews on this company as investigations progress.

Great experience buying a shipping container from Equipment Master Group. The pricing was transparent, and delivery was right on time. The container was clean, solid, and exactly what I needed. Customer service was excellent throughout the process.

My experience with Equipment Master Group was average. The service was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement. Communication could be faster and more clear. Overall, not bad, but not outstanding either

This company is most likely a scam.

I ordered a new golf cart on March 4th and the process has been sketchy from the start. Like taking 6 days just to get the shipping address corrected. I got shipping and tracking information that said my cart would arrive March 20th. Then it showed it had been in Pittsburgh on hold for inclement weather. After 7 days on hold I called and was told it was actually an insurance issue. Now I got a new delivery date for March 31st,.. tomorrow but my tracking shows it is still in Pennsylvania but the memo on it says it was released 6 days ago. I can't seem to get anyone to give me a clear answer as to where my cart is and if I am actually getting it tomorrow. This has been a terrible experience so far. I sure hope my cart arrives tomorrow. But I seriously doubt it.

We ordered a 9,000 golf cart March 3rd. I have called, emailed and sent text some answered with brief information as to where the cart is since the shipping company shows our cart has been in Pennsylvania since March 10th, 2026.
No one will explain why so long in one state. I cannot get a new delivery date so we can be sure to be home and no one will call us back. We are worried!!!

We got a very solid 40ft chassis at a very competitive price. This was an amazing experience.

I was a bit hesitant about ordering an enclosed trailer online, but the process was incredibly smooth. Nationwide delivery was top-notch, and the trailer arrived exactly when expected, without any of the usual shipping headaches. The logistics team kept me updated the whole way.

This is my second time ordering from Equipment Master Group. The first time was a great experience my order arrived in just 8 days, which really impressed me. However, the second order was disappointing because delivery took 17 days. When I contacted them, they explained the delay was due to me paying by credit card this time, which apparently slows down processing and shipping. I still trust the company, but I hope they can make delivery timelines clearer in advance to avoid this kind of frustration.

They made sure it got delivered within 7-day and allowed the golf cart to arrive early enough for my son’s birthday gift. The cart arrived in good condition. Overall, we were pleased with both the timing and the quality of the golf cart

We ordered 6 units of the 2025 Evolution D-Max GT4 golf carts from Equipment Master Group. The carts themselves are solid and perform well, but delivery was delayed by more than 6 days, which affected our schedule. Overall good product, but the delivery timeline could be improved
