As others have found, you get signed up to a subscription, which I cancelled. I received an email confirming cancellation. I subsequently was charged £74.99 anyway for my supposed next order, which they refused to refund as apparently they had already processed my ‘order.’ There was also a third order pending for £99 for the following month on my account. There was no reassurance offered, they just said I would have to return it! I called my bank who were great and refunded me straight away. I had to have a block put on to stop future payments and to be safe got a new card ordered too. It’s weird because the product itself seems fine, I don’t know why the company would destroy its reputation through dodgy subscription scams. All seems shifty and would make me question what actually is in the product and how this is verified. There are a lot of fake unregulated items out there at the moment.

Wouldn’t even give one star. Awful customer service. Package not arrived so I chased. An incorrect delivery address was input with a post code I have NEVER used. It wasn’t me, but being told I have put the incorrect postcode in - which is simply not possible! Won’t re send, won’t refund. £60 worth of order gone. Found the photo from the Evri delivery and my package is clearly photod in a van, so I can’t even begin to try and locate it! Will move to premier performance. Awful.

Absolutely dreadful service. The product is excellent but I signed up to the subscription service, was sent the wrong items and I have still not been sent the correct items more than 2 weeks later. No telephone number available to speak to a human being, just a pointless chat system where you get a different person responding to you each time. Beyond frustrated 😡

The website is user-friendly and offers excellent package discounts.

I have used this product for a number of months and although I like it, cancelled it due to having additional tubs.

However I received an e mail advising an order was being sent out of 2 tubs but received 2 x scented candles and random picture frames.

Customer services is a complete nightmare to deal with. No phone number and instead a portal which you have conversations. Dealt with out of hours (obviously overseas) and keep trying to send me a return form for 2 x gut balancer despite being provided evidence of package sent and Royal Mail
confirmation the item came from them.

In my experience avoid! I am going to have to take the matter further to get a refund of the £52.68 debited from my account without authorisation.

Easy to use website ordering and great bundle deals

I love the product but sadly I think they need to do something with their packaging and delivery service. Two deliveries on the bounce have been damaged; one tub burst open inside a half empty box; the next delivery was returned to Protexin before it even got to me. Evri is not the best delivery service but surely the tubs need to be better packaged? Thankfully customer service have sorted out on both occasions - thanks Tracey - but there's a huge waste of money somewhere ....

Absolutely amazing products that they sell. Super useful. One of my horses has bowl disease so he needs something to help with that and I found the Protexin gut balancer had a massive effect which was great as not many things do work. However this has really helped him over the years with his illness. I’ve also put my other 2 on this for their anxiety as they are quite anxious hot headed ponies so I found this really does help their bellies from getting upset. It’s very worth spending the money on this. Have used this for many years now and can say it’s approved by me and my horses. 5 star for sure

Received 15+ supplement 3 days after placing order. Very palatable.

I have been feeding the Gut Balancer and Quick Fix syringes and they have made such a difference. I use the quick fix when travelling to shows support digestive function and as a result my horse seems much more chilled. I highly recommend these products

After 4 1/2 years of trying countless products to combat bloat in one of our mares, your gut balancer had her fully deflated in a week! I can’t tell you the amount of time, money, environment changes, stress and worry I have gone through trying to solve this problem and to find such a simple, available and inexpensive solution has been such a relief

Amazing products, highly recommended gut sponge

Gut sponge has made an incredible difference to my horse, without this I have to sponge him down every day due to the mess! I can tell its down to this supplement as when I’ve ran out, the original symptoms return within a week especially when the grass is coming through. With this, his droppings form normally and make mucking out a ton easier thank you Protexin!

I placed an order of over £200 in value. The wrong items were sent. It has been incredibly frustrating trying to get this resolved. The solution is obviously I returns label to return the incorrect items and my original order sent but 10 days in neither have happened. They only communicate via messages on my account so I have to login daily to check plus so far the request has been for photos of the incorrect order. I have been requested to do that 3 times now. I will be referring to my card provider for a full refund.

I bought the colikare after a bout of colic. Horse sensitive to change and has lots of gas with field change. Had to introduce slowly as he wasn't sure of taste at first.....Happy to eat now.
Just placed my 2nd order for a larger bottle.

Protexin Equine Premium's Quick fix is so palatable that my little four-legged monster pony will lick it off my hand. BlackieChan is not a fan of syringes in her mouth (we had a debate about it last night with a wormer) so it's a big step to get this paste in her like this. She is prone to multiple mild colics, and I wanted to support her during worming with Protein Quick Fix after good results with my other ponies.
