I cannot access my own funds - Equatex uses its own 10 digit swift codes - which don't match Barclays correct SWIFT. I have had two payments fail - and Equatex keeps charging 20 euro fees for their own mistakes.

I have no access to my funds - and Equatex website/portal is so old / unfunctional that there is no way to fix this. Calling Equatex doesn't help - as they require me to fill out their web portal to send a payment - which doesn't support Barclays!

Equatex is another terrible Swiss financial services company which customer service literally suck...
Probably excellent to sell their services to big corporations but terrible as hell to provide any reliable support to their end-customers, the corporations' employees or their families.

Key documents sent by "recommandé avec accusé de réception" are absolutely not tracked once received by Equatex and there is no human being to get in touch with, just a super generic email address sh-client-services-2@...

And when you provide the tracking number, instead of checking and looking for the documents, they simply answer that the documents have been sent and received at a different address than theirs....

Whether Swiss national, foreigner, resident or not in Switzerland, DO NOT bother with Equatex. You will only get troubles! Normal, Equatex is a daughter company of UBS....
