Big thank you to Asif at Smart Home Charge. Professional installation and very helpful getting everything set up. We had an issue after installation that was outside their control but they helped us fix it quickly and without any quibble. Will be recommending SHC to all my friends. Thank you!

I found it very easy to arrange for an engineer to come and resolve a minor warranty issue. Communication was good and he dealt the problem speedily.

Great service fitting EV charger. Bad weather but quick and helpful.

Arrived on designated time. Very polite and east to talk with. Installed the replacement in a great time and when hit a snag with the app stayed until sorted left area clean and tidy. More than welcome to visit again if required

Good customer service when notifying Smart Home Charge of fault with EV charger within warranty. They contacted charger manufacturer and arranged replacement unit which was then installed quickly - David @ Apollo. A good all round customer experience.

Good customer service and support with a warranty call out. Can’t fault the engineer, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

The chap that came was fine, although not particularly personable. After testing the electrics in the room that was water damaged the fuse box in the kitchen was activated. The electrician had left, so I don't know if this is an associated issue.

Smart Home Charge were efficient in replacing my faulty EV charger. Katherine in the office was quick in responding to my calls and emails. The electrician was friendly and quick with the installation.

Good responce and the issue was found fairly quickly.
The engineer tracker is quite slow to update so this cannot be relied upon for an ETA. I feel a courtesy call 30min prior to arrival would be far more helpful.

Quick and efficient service as always from smart home charge! There was a manufacturing issue with our home charger and once we got in touch smart home charge we able to organise delivery of the part and arrange a lovely engineer to visit and fix it really quickly. Definitely a trustworthy company!

Great communication, the engineer arrived last minute after a long day job but managed to finish our job swiftly.

Everything was fine with the job, did have to come back out another day as charger would not connect to wifi, Tesla don’t make things too easy.
