Epoch Batteries Anmeldelser

Update:
I originally wrote a very angry review back in April 2025, at which time I had an awful experience with this company's support. I eventually got all the parts and got the mower mostly working (the battery gauge died within weeks of the installation and for some reason the mower only turns on after being plugged in momentarily), but I was frustrated by the mix-ups, delays, and difficulties I had with their staff. However, in January 2026 someone reached out to follow up with me, explaining that they'd gone through some growing pains as the business expanded, but were trying to follow up with anyone who wasn't satisfied. Within an hour they sent me a partial refund for my inconvenience, and promised to send a new gauge and instructions on installing it. It appears that Epoch is working on improving their service and support, and I appreciate the effort. I am hopeful that they keep it up!

From my original review: I bought a kit to convert a Ryobi lawnmower, but it took over a month. The plusses: like others, I appreciate that my lawn mower is working again and has more power and pep. When installed, the kit is great and I’m really hopeful that it will last longer than the original lead acid battery set. Assuming that it doesn’t need to be replaced in a year or two, it should be more economical than relying on the short-lived (but expensive) lead acid batteries. But as others have discussed, the install is very complicated and the company provides little support. The best option is third party YouTube videos. There’s no way we could have done this on our own, and this conversion was only possible because we have a retired neighbor who has the skills and tools to do it and enjoys this kind of work. It not only requires a good understanding of electronics, but some very specialized tools. This is not a job for novices.

Bought an Epoch battery 120A - 51.2V and it has had ongoing problems since the start. Several attempts at getting support from Epoch have gone unanswered. They have an appointment on line system that only has openings one month from now which does not really help us. So, they are very fast and efficient at selling but abandon the buyer once the sale is done. Will never buy another product from this company and will advise everyone in our boating community to stay away from them. We would would also recommend anyone thinking of buying from Epoch to do the same.

Great company. My entire van build runs off an Epoch battery and it’s flawless! From charging my laptop to running my mini fridge and lights, this battery keeps up with my full-time travel lifestyle. Thank you!

After installing the Epoch 300Ah battery as my home backup, I experienced a prolonged power outage during winter. The battery kept our essentials - fridge, lights, and even the CPAP machine - running PERFECTLY. The real time monitoring via the app eased my worries throughout the storm. I highly recommend this battery store to everyone I know.

I often buy batteries from this store. As a caregiver, reliability is non negotiable. The 48V runs my partner’s oxygen concentrator PERFECTLY. Effective and quick customer support. They even walked me through voltage settings. Lifesaver in every sense. Grateful beyond words. Thank you!

I highly recommend Epoch! Powers electric fences and barn lights 24/7. Survived mud, manure, and a curious goat stampede. Two years in, still at 95% capacity. Ag-proof and affordable, would buy again in future.

Thank you Epoch!! I converted my old bike to electric using Epoch’s 52V pack. The weight is half my old lead-acid, and the range? 50 miles on a charge! Installation was plug-and-play. My commute’s now a joyride.

Solid battery, great price, and the customer service is just on point. Had a small question during setup, asked customer support they responded on time and handled the situation very well

This company makes top tier batteries at a killer price. My solar setup is running smoother than ever and I don’t have to babysit the system all day. It also charges fast, holds power for days, and integrates smoothly with my Victron setup. Couldn’t ask for better.

I switched my golf cart to Epoch’s lithium batteries, and It’s worth every penny. The kit fit perfectly in my EZGO 2Five and Kevin from their support team walked me through every hiccup. They actually pick up the phone! Quality’s rock-solid, and knowing I can add another battery for extra range? Zero regrets here!!!

I ordered the 48V battery kit. They shipped it fast, arrived in perfectly safe, and setup was a breeze with their clear, no-nonsense instructions. Seriously plug-and-play, even the charging steps were easy to follow. Exactly what I needed for a hassle free install.

Epoch Batteries are a total win if you are running Victron setups. The Bluetooth integration is GREAT for monitoring, and the price is a steal for the quality. Their customer support is quick responsive & helpful, which matters when you’re knee-deep in a project. For complex systems, these are my go-to now. Highly recommended!

As someone who works with lithium batteries daily, I’m picky about tech - but their marine cranking battery won me over. After chatting with Kevin Vascovich at the Fort Lauderdale boat show, I tested one on my boat’s center outboard: it handled my charging system’s high voltage flawlessly, kept my GPS stable during cranking, and the app’s real-time monitoring is legit. At this level of performance (and no screen resets!), they’ve earned my trust, and my recommendation

I’m not one to leave reviews often, but this small U.S.based company is a seriously underrated gem. Their 300Ah V2 batteries blow pricier competitors out of the water - heated cells, Bluetooth monitoring, Victron compatibility, and an insane 11 year warranty for a third of Battle Born’s cost? Tech support’s super responsive, too. Snagged two units and they’ve been flawless - already eyeing a third. Do yourself a favor and skip the big brands

Excellent, my RV setup with your batteries has been nothing short of amazing!! Great price and quality! I also appreciate the fast shipping!
