bought a 60cm Oveytek by DTF Warehouse printer and shaker they came and installed it and showed us how to use it in great detail! With patience and they didn’t rush through it taking their time to show us everything we needed to know. A very professional service as always from the DTF warehouse.

Brought a DTF printer from this company to replace my old one that I had constant issues with and couldn't if made a better purchase. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly any issues they are more than happy to help. As for the printer it is very easy to set up and really fast at printing done and A4 print in under a minute unlike my old one that took 6.
The print quality is very sharp and vibrant that the design really stands out once applied to product.
I can't recommend this company enough that I am planning on getting a second printer from these people a bit down the line.
This company is must company if you want a DTF set up.

What a Legend Josh was, his service, knowledge, experience helped us fix all machines. I would highly recommend him without a doubt. He came with energy and explained and taught us all the key parts/maintenance. He trained us with expert advice. I would give him 10 stars if I could. We had a bunch of questions and he answered them with confidence and fixed all the issues. I will definitely keep in touch with him for all problems in the future. Great engineer and all round expert with machines.

I've been dealing with DTF Warehouse for a number of years and have regularly purchased paper, inks and cleaning products from them for my printers. Unfortunately, after purchasing an F27 Pro printer from them, my experience has completely changed my opinion of the company.
The F27 Pro was marketed using claims around high-speed printing, vivid colour and consistent output. In my experience, the machine I received has been far from that. I have found it extremely slow, and I am very dissatisfied with the colour reproduction and overall print quality.
I raised these issues almost immediately and have given DTF Warehouse ample opportunity to help rectify them. Instead, I have been left going backwards and forwards through lengthy emails without a practical resolution.
I asked for assistance with getting the machine performing as expected at my premises. The solution now being offered is for me to transport the printer back to them so they can test it at their facility, with the appointment offered being approximately a week after purchase.
For a running print business, this situation has been incredibly damaging. I purchased this equipment to produce customer work, not to spend the first week dealing with technical disputes. I have been unable to rely on the machine for the work it was purchased for and have had to turn customers away.
What makes this particularly disappointing is that I was already an existing customer who had purchased consumables from DTF Warehouse for years. I expected considerably better support after purchasing a printer costing thousands of pounds.
At the moment, I genuinely feel extremely let down by both the machine and the after-sales experience. I hope DTF Warehouse resolves the situation, and if they do, I will update this review accordingly.
As things currently stand, however, my experience purchasing the F27 Pro from them has been extremely disappointing.

Outstanding Service from Josh at DTF Warehouse – Truly Exceptional!

I cannot recommend Josh from DTF Warehouse highly enough! Our experience with him was nothing short of exceptional, and he absolutely saved our business.
We were in a desperate situation with our Procolor F13 DTF printer – it wouldn't print, wouldn't run cleaning tests, and seemed completely dead. Living quite a distance from the warehouse, we felt isolated and frustrated. With no DTF specialists in our area, we'd been relying on remote engineers who kept insisting the printhead was the problem. After purchasing a new printhead and thoroughly cleaning the machine, we were still left with a non-functioning printer and mounting despair.
Then Josh made the journey – traveling several hours to reach us – and everything changed. His approach was methodical, logical, and refreshingly practical. Through careful testing, process of elimination, and good old-fashioned common sense, he quickly identified the real culprit: the motherboard. Once he replaced it and unblocked some ink dampeners, our printer sprang back to life!
After more than a month of downtime and stress, Josh had us up and running again. I genuinely had to restrain myself from giving him a huge hug! His expertise, dedication, and willingness to travel such a distance to help us demonstrates the incredible commitment DTF Warehouse has to their customers.

Purchasing was really easy - delivery was quick! Any issues we've had the techincal team have been amazing at resolving! I spoke to Josh today about an ongoing issue and he was fabulous at resolving it!

We bought their Ultracolour A3 Desktop Printer and so far so good. I arranged to visit their showroom to see the machine in person before purchase and Josh was very helpful showing me how to use the machine and it's maintenance.

So far the machine is spot on and definitely a worthy investment. We downsized from the Epson F2100 and I must admit this machine outperforms that in terms of producing DTF transfers that along with the cost of ink being significantly cheaper on this machine makes the change a win in my eyes.

Support and aftercare from DTG Warehouse has also been spot on so far.

I had a problem with my procolored F13 L1800 DTF Printer.
DTF Warehouse informed me I needed a new motherboard,cable,printhead it was next day service and I'm up and running again with out there help I would be waiting on China for weeks thank god DTF Warehouse was so easy to deal with. I will 100% recommend these guys and will be using them again that's for sure. Never let me down and there technicians are spot on. Thank you very much guys. Looking forward to the future thanks to you.

I'm now 6 months into ownership
Cannot fault my A3 ultra colour at all!
And the support received for the very little issues iv had has been genuinely top class, in 6 months I had my first downtime causing issues today, contacted via WhatsApp, issue resolved within literally minutes and 0 cost as it was a tiny user error I'd never encountered before
