Scam company. Do not order dryer parts from EPartsFast.com. Paid $19.95 extra for supposed “VIP Shipping” which was a 2-day rush and it didn’t ship until a day later and I noticed immediately it was the cheapest USPS Ground Advantage. Coming from a mere 2 states away the estimated delivery is 5 days later! So they basically profited from my shipping and still shipped it via the slowest/cheapest method possible. I read other reviews on the BBB and here stating the same thing happened to them. I’m pissed. I asked their customer support for a partial refund of the shipping charges and they refused. I’ll now be writing multiple online reviews so others know that they screw over their customers and are a deceitful company.

Had the exact part needed. Was shipped fast, got it quickly. Worked fine after installation.

Wrong size dryer drum rollers were included in the kit not really worth to try and send back and I didn’t discover it until the dryer was in pieces. Just stick with Amazon.

Got the whirlpool parts needed, shipping was cool and it's up and working just as it should. Thank you!

I ordered the belt, rollers, and tensioner, for a whirlpool dryer. Did normal USPS shipping. Ordered Sunday afternoon and parts arrived on following Saturday, not bad for snail mail all the way to TN. Everything worked perfectly and had dryer back up and running that afternoon.

Parts shipped fast and delivered in a few days. The parts fit perfectly and fixed the dryer.

I paid extra $25 for fast shipping and didn’t receive my order until 6 days later unacceptable

Bad experience on multiple levels. I paid extra for two-day shipping. That was fine but they took 3 days to fill my order. I purchased a 3-part kit for my Maytag dryer, only one part fit. And lastly their Customer Service to resolve the two problems unusable parts was a total waste of time.

SENT BACK THE HEATING ELEMENT THAT I DIDN'T NEED.
HAD TO BUY A NEW DRYER. SENT BACK THE HEATING ELEMENT UNOPENED IN ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX..
SHOWED IT WAS SHIPPED BACK AND DELIVERED...BUT NO RESPONSE SAYING THEY RECEIVED THE ITEM. THERE SHOULD AT LEAST BE A CONFIRMATION THEY GOT IT BACK!
THEN THERE'S TRUST PILOTS REVIEWS I JUST READ THAT ARE NOT GOOD! IS THIS HOW YOU WANT TO BE REVIEWED AS A 2.7 UNRELIABLE COMPANY? NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL?
WITH THAT...SHOULD BE ABLE TO GIVE A "0" FOR YOUR NON EFFORT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Epartsfast. Well the fast is not so true. The parts finally arrived here today over a week later. As my dryer is torn apart, I paid extra to have them shipped quicker, but today is when I got them. I e-mailed the vendor a few days ago and when my e-mail was answered, I was abruptly told that it was being shipped on time. I have never had something take this long to be shipped, after I paid to have it expedited. The parts are great. I have no complaints about them. Now I can finally put my dryer back together.

The part I ordered came on time. Identical replacement part. Working great.

They are good at shipping it out but it has been 16 days since I put my order in and still have not received it.

I order a part. It arrived, but after beginning to install the parts realized parts were missing from the kit. I contacted them asking them to send the missing parts and they refused on the basis I had installed the ones sent and couldn’t return them. I am beginning a dispute with them with my credit card company so maybe I can get my money back that way. Frauds. Don’t buy from them.

The item I bought showed that it included the wires I needed, which is why I chose this company. The received item did not include the wires as shown. I emailed the company twice before finally hearing back that the wires are no longer included. Deceptive marketing.

I see a lot of mixed reviews on here but from my personal experience, everything went perfect. Shipping options are a little interesting but I just chose standard and arrived in 4-5 days I believe. Parts fit and my dryer working perfect again! Thanks!

Ordered a dryer heater for a Kenmore Elite, received one for an LG. They were not compatible. One had two leads, the other had 1. I filed on the website. No response. A week later I checked, the case was closed. I opened another... same story. So I used a different address, twice.. no response. Somewhere on their pages it says if they ship the wrong items, they send you a label to return it. NOTHING... NO word, NO communication. Filed with the BBB
