Ganz ganz schlechter Umgang mit Kunden. Völlig unfreundlich und ironisch wird man als Kunde beleidigt. Das hat weder etwas mit guter Kundenbindung noch Anstand zu tun. Hier werde ich nie wieder bestellen.

Seit dem 25.6. versuche ich zu klären, wie ich mit einer defekte Ware (Dose mit Proteinpulver war aufgebläht!) verfahren soll. Zurücksenden oder entsorgen. 4 Mails habe ich gesendet. Einmal kam nur "es wird sich am Montag gekümmert". Was nie passiert ist. Ich beschäftige mich also seit über 2 Wochen damit, mein Geld erstattet zu bekommen. Das Unternehmen reagiert nicht. Es wirkt wie ein Scamunternehmen.

Wegen den recht schlechten Rezessionen bei TrustPilot habe ich bei Paypal eine Rückerstattung beantragt weil ich die Site: ep-nutrition.de für eine Fakeshop gehalten habe.

Das gewünschte Produkt ist einwandfrei versendete worden und binnen 2 Tagen eingetroffen. Somit ist alles einwandfrei. Auch die Haltbarkeit mit 1 Jahr und 4 Monaten ist absolut in Ordnung also kein Restbestand Abverkauf.

I would call this company a scam. I cancelled my order, which was returned directly back to the company by DHL. Since 6 weeks now, ive reached out via several emails, unreturned calls and nothing has happened nor did they return my money or got back to me. Even though i provided them with all proof of the returned items, they kept the money and keep ignoring me. I have now also reported them to the german consumer protection.

Shitty company. They reached out to my IG to partner with them and when I decided to opt out to cancel my membership they have done nothing but keep continuing to charge me.

I've reached out multiple times through email and their IG directly, and still no reply.

If anyone wants to see their ignorance I can send screenshots. They are a scam!

- Ordered (and payed for) 3 cans of supplement, but received only 2. Support is accusing me of fraud and hasn’t responded for weeks. Thank you for nothing.
- Signed up for newsletter to get the promised 5€ coupon, but it never came...

Dropship scammers that use fake reviews to prop themselves up. Run the classic "become our athlete just buy a small package" scam. Sends out massive instagram spam campaigns. Their tech is set up super shady. Weird alternating domain names etc. Stay away.

The Customer support does not answer over weeks, and random channels are reaching out and sending spam messages to advertise this brand.
Many products are underdosed or use ineffective dosages so that the price point per dose is much higher than advertised.

And to top it all off, I have weekly messages in my inbox advertising to work for this brand.

Deceptive company. They reach out to you offering "fitness sponsorship" claiming you'll get "free products" monthly. Free products to sport their stuff is great right? However, there's just one catch. You have to sign up for their monthly service and pay $40 a month "to earn their trust", and you only get 1 product a month. Go to the website and click "memberships". This is the exact page they send you to when signing up to be their "athlete".

I know you'd love to think they selected you cause you're special, but the truth is, anyone can sign up for this deal. You just go to the website and pay them money. The only benefit you get from being their "athlete" is you get to tell people you're "sponsored" and look cool. Oh yeah, and they'll post your photo on their instagram page. Is that worth $40 a month? You don't have to be sponsored by a company to make money off affiliate sales. This is worse than Network Marketing. Anyone low IQ and narcissistic enough to fall for this scam deserves everything they get.
