I have founded multiple companies and in doing so used the service many 3rd-party providers. Currently, we use the services of Google Cloud, Yodlee, Twilio, and many more and none of them come close to the level of customer service provided by EOD. In fact, it's difficult to remember a service provider in the past providing this level of service. From the onset of exploring the EOD services to the most recent API questions, they have never missed a beat in their responses. Most recent was in the evening. EOD response times are often within minutes and at most within the the hour. When we email their support at 7pm, 8pm, and even 10pm PST time they've responded and addressed our questions to the point with the info we need to bring resolution to the roadblock in our code. The support culture at EOD is remarkable!

I have been using EOD since 2018. It provides comprehensive data coverage in terms of number of securities, geographic coverage, and history of coverage. its support is superb, I have had data issues resolved within minutes, something I never experienced with vendors such as Bloomberg or Factset.

This service has a very good coverage for EU fundamentals. I use their data for my project. Have some lacks in european mutual funds fundamental, but they has a very good and responsive support, they promised to add the missing data soon.

Have being working with the EODHD team since 2021. I'm usually use end of day data, which is on of the most consistent you can find on the market right now.
Any issue was solved fast no extra time spent on waiting different departmants comunicate etc. Every issue was addresed emidiatly.

Customer service: Actually responds in less than 10 min and are very helpful and knowledgeable. Solutions or ways to pull the data correctly are answered within 10 min. No waiting on the engineering team until the next day.

Data robust: Accurate data on a multitude of time frames.
