I am writing to address the review you recently left on our Trustpilot profile. While I understand that not securing work can be frustrating, your review is both inaccurate and misleading, and I would like to clarify the situation.

When you initially contacted me, you inquired about potential work opportunities, and I responded professionally, stating that I would check if anything was available and get back to you if I found a suitable opportunity. As a business owner managing multiple responsibilities, I was unable to follow up immediately. However, at no point did I mislead or provide false information.

Furthermore, after our conversation, I conducted routine industry checks, which revealed two negative references from trusted contacts within our sector regarding your previous work. Based on this, we decided not to proceed with offering you work. Your review does not accurately reflect our interaction and instead appears to have been left out of frustration rather than a genuine business experience.

This review is unfairly damaging to our company’s reputation, misrepresents the facts, and does not align with Trustpilot’s guidelines regarding truthful, experience-based feedback. I kindly ask that you remove the review as it does not accurately reflect our interaction.

Please confirm once this has been addressed. I appreciate your understanding and professionalism in resolving this matter.

We are a nationwide mechanical company…

We are a nationwide mechanical company based in Yorkshire .
We’ve used Enviroshield on all our recent projects throughout the uk .
They have always delivered what was set out at the beginning and always been accommodating to tight programmes etc

Would highly recommended these guys

Highly recommended

We have used Enviroshield for over 15 years as the service they provide is second to none. Extremely professional and reliable with a ‘can do’ attitude, I know when Blake puts his team on site, they will get the job done safely and to a very high standard. Great thermal company

I am always impressed with their quality of service. Their team is experienced, professional, and always puts their clients first. Their attention to detail and commitment to safety was notable and I appreciated their communication throughout the project. I highly recommend Enviroshield to anyone looking for a good Thermal Insulation company.
