Very friendly. Work not carried out yet so can’t really comment on the extent of their work or most important of all the eradication of the bed bugs in my mum’s room.

Our house being infested with bedbugs was the most stressful, time-consuming and costly inconvenience we have ever suffered.

The process from the get go looked very complicated (if you're not into reading instructions). However, on the day I met Shaan, he was able to thoroughly explain and educate me about the treatment phases and the bed bug life cycle.

Shaan and the team did an amazing job exterminating the pests that we didn't know lived with us. He is very friendly and approachable and provided the best service. He's always prompt and is very good in communicating and planning. I highly recommend Shaan and the team !!

From the first call to enquire about your services to your guy Shaan turning up to our offices - EXCELLENT. Shann turned up on time (6.30am) but I was told by our warehouse Manager that he had arrive at 6am and was outside inspecting. When I arrived at 6.30am Shaan was already up a ladder spraying around a tree and guttering where he had identified where the nest was.

Upon my arrival Shaan came down from the ladder and clearly explained everything to me. I found Shaan to be very knowledgeable and professional. After this Shaan came into our our offices and looked around our loft and confirmed that there were not any nests etc. I asked how the wasps had come from that tree into our loft and land on an employee. His explanation made complete sense. By 9.15am I had received a report with many photos and a clear breakdown of what Shaan had done/found.

Should we ever have a need to use pest control again, we would use this company and also request Shaan to attend. A great representation for a great company. Thank you Shaan/Environ.

Superb service- Shaan was extremely professional and knowledgeable; he addressed my concerns and provided a rapid response and assessment.

Sean worked very hard in a thorough meticulous way all day and communicated very politely and effectively. he explained clearly where the problems lay and what needed to be done.

Didn’t feel that they were out to fleece you and upsell. Darren especially was very helpful and his explanation of it all and was very clear, but not in a scare-mongering way.
