At Entripy the staff are fantastic
I dealt with many people on the phone and online through email. They have amazing staff that were able to help a new user to this company. From an idea to a finished product, the support staff talked me through the process and we ended up getting our 60 shirts in time for our AGM. Thank you!!

Fantastic Quality and Service
Our company uses Entripy for all our swag (which includes journals, hats, t-shirts, long sleeves, tuques, and more) and they've consistently delivered high quality merchandise in a prompt manner to exact specs.
In dealing with an issue their service team brought immediate resolution that ensured we would return again.

So simple to use
So simple to use. Upload the artwork, pick the shirt, the colour, the size(s) and quantity. Review before committing and you will have your order about a week later when it arrives by courier. A rather seamless operation.

Customers can't be passed around
Customers can't be passed around from rep to rep. We had a terrible customer service experience recently because of this practice. I easily wasted 3 full working days trying to communicate with different reps each time and some were beyond unhelpful. Abysmal.
