Time and money well spent
I set up a consult to gain a better understanding of Spanish taxes and how they would affect my total tax bill if we were to retire to Spain. I provided general numbers and a list of questions. Prior to the consult, my adviser Louis Williams, requested some additional information. When the consult began, he was prepared and addressed all my questions and also brought up points I did not even know to consider. At the end of the consult I had typed notes and a spreadsheet detailing the Spanish income and wealth tax estimates to compare to what I would expect to pay in the USA. The consult was well worth the fee.

Slow, Ineffecient. Big talk, little action.
So I've been a paying customer now for 2 months and I'm becoming extremely frustrated with the level of service and lack of action on their part. In hindsight, everything sounds great and efficient but my experience so far has been the total opposite.
I recieved details of gestor on 6th May and I sent across questions I had around the set-up process. No response for a week, so I chased up again on the 12th May and recieved a response the following day which basically said they hadn't received the email for whatever reason. Fine. I can get over that.
After the 1st hiccup, initial thoughts were generally ok, timely responses with detailed information. I had a query about opening up a bank account for autonomos, this became instantly confusing as another party became involved and totally misunderstood my query which just caused no end of issues for me.
I was out of the country for a while so I had some delay myself in response but I sent a response and required info on 29th May. No updates between then and
12th June where I had to chase up again for updates to tell me there's some issue and it's being resolved.
No updates for a further week so I chased on 18th June with a response the following day only after putting in a complaint to the customer service team, to which I received no response from them. On the latest update, I was told a call was arranged with an agent to understand what's going on, no further updates until 26th June when I received confimation of alta.
I don't believe being outsourced to Colombia is either smart or efficient especially when most, if not all clients are based in Spain.
In my original email after my 1st payment, I was given the gestor name and hours of service. 'Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 21:00.' which is useless when most procedures and offices are open 09:00 - 14:00.
Email responses don't coincide with the business hours. I've had emails at 05:45am, 11pm, 6.30am.
The software they use to upload invoices and expenses is also incredibly poor, the documentation is also out of date and it doesn’t function as intended. I wasn’t able to create the expenses or invoices in the platform myself, I sent this error to my gesture who wasn’t very helpful.
One positive, quarterly return was submitted on time with no issues.
For the price I was paying, Basic plan, I really don’t think it was worth it.

Llevábamos meses buscando a alguien que nos diera respuestas reales sobre cómo jubilarnos en España, y Louis fue esa persona. No solo nos explicó las implicaciones fiscales, sino que también nos dio consejos prácticos que nadie más nos había comentado, como el mejor momento para mudarnos y cómo planificar las retiradas de nuestras cuentas de jubilación. Fue como hablar con alguien que realmente entiende tanto el sistema estadounidense como el español. Ahora nos sentimos mucho más tranquilos gracias a él.

Terrible service, useless, horrible experience
Terrible service, I bought the full package and was supposed to finish in 6 weeks. "Hi there," it's been almost 4 months! You can do it alone; you will save time and money! Horrible experience. Once you've paid your fees, that's when the problems start. I dealt with Luisa, useless; she never kept me in the loop with the current status, she gave wrong information about the steps to get the NUSS, never up to date with any information, and the worst thing, she just disappeared. I contacted customer service, and guess what, 11 days without any response.
