Good communication, problem solving oriented

Решили проблему заболевшего ребенка. подобрали врача, помогшего онлайн. и очень удачно. потому что пока бы мы тянули кота за хвост и избегали проведения долгого времени в живой очереди бесплатного госпиталя - состояние бы ухудшалось без адекватного лечения(имели дело не с ОРВИ, а с ангиной) - так как антибиотик без рецепта врача за рубежом не продадутю

Дуже вдячна співробітникам компанії за їх людяність та оперативність.Ніколи не думала що страховий поліс знадобиться ,але сталось лихо,і дякувати Богу що в мене він був.Страхова компанія зразу ж вийшла зі мною на зв‘язок,ми знаходились за кордоном,відразу моє звернення передали і своєчасно знайшли лікаря,якій надав консультацію,виписав ліки.Дуже вдячна що були зі мною на зв‘язку🙏
