Absolutely shocking experience.

Waited over 5 weeks for my order, that was shown as in stock on their website when placed, and still as I am writing this.

Several emails of promises that "it will be dispatched the end of this week" over and over, even trying on social media - always the same reply, always "still processing".

Absolutely terribly organised company, probably spent all their resources on paying infuencers to advertise their products - which you will never receive, seemingly.

100% avoid unless you're happy waiting in an indefinite loop.

So it’s been about 3 weeks since I placed my order (January 29th) and my order is still “processing”. Emailing enginehawk every week bc there website claims available ready for dispatch but who knows how long that actually takes. My payment has been deducted on 29/01/2022 and im seriously considering canceling at this point. Misleading dispatch dates and customer service is all copy and paste reply’s. 5 emails said i could expect it to dispatch within 5-10 working days. That didn’t happen and the latest email was a real reply I think stating that they would tell them to “prioritize” my order. Overall not happy with the experience will continue to update IF and WHEN I actually get my order.

Then 2 weeks after I realize on there website the same predator smokescreen jacket I ordered now says available will arrive before Feb. 23rd. When I use Klarna I’m expecting to start payments when I place my order yet They cannot set payment dates until EngineHawk actually processes my order so that really f*cos with my money not knowing when I’ll actually be charged for the dang thing. Only plus is that if I do want to cancel it I haven’t been charged a dime and im seriously considering canceling at this point. I bought the .50 cal jacket and zip up hoodie and I don’t think I’ve ever been so pleased with an item of clothing. Great fit and functionality - looks awesome too. Got it in the sale too so even sweeter.

Enginehawk do need to work on their dispatch timings and stick to what is advertised (2 day dispatch). It took 9 days for them to dispatch, but when I chased they put it on an overnight delivery so cannot really complain. Hence 4 stars not 5.

First, I have to mention that I don't know how good or bad EngineHawk's product is. I never received mine. Further I can't blame enginehawk for not receiving my jacket, that blame falls to FedEx UK. However, enginehawk's customer service is very slow and unorganized. The Attitude of there customer service is also left wanting. It has been over a month and I have not received my Jacket, I contacted them and took them appx 2 weeks to respond. They acknowledge the package was lost by FedEx and would send me a new jacket in a few days and once arrived give me the current sale price of the jacket. I figured great, I was really excited the jackets look amazing. Unfortunately a few days turned into over a week with nothing to show for. So, I am currently trying to get a refund form my purchase but engine hawk said they had to confirm with Fedex that the package is actually lost when someone in there company already did so (had the proof as well). I'm to the point of claiming a fraudulent charge on my credit card and let the credit card company deal with it.

Giacca da moto comprata sul sito Ruroc insieme al casco della stessa linea, perché sono la stessa azienda... anche se con nome diverso in modo da non inquinarsi a vicenda (per i caschi fanno veramente pena).
I prodotti da vestiario invece sono buoni, ma non così buoni da giustificare prezzi a volte più alti dei top di gamma mondiali, tipo Dainese... non raggiungono nemmeno lontanamente quella qualità.

Difatti il mio voto negativo è presto spiegato: esce una giacca da touring nuova, ad un prezzo spropositato... quasi 400 euro, e non è nemmeno di pelle. Mi mandano la mail con tanto di campagna pubblicitaria di lancio e la descrizione che dice che è a tiratura limitata ed in più parte del ricavato andrà ad associazioni benefiche di un certo tipo (non sto qui a spiegare quali).
Non ho problemi di soldi al momento, mi piace, quindi la compro.

Che succede? Succede che nemmeno 10 giorni più tardi quella stessa giacca viene messa in saldo... a quasi la metà del prezzo!!!
Allora... innanzitutto i prodotti NUOVI non vanno messi in saldo fino all'anno successivo, altrimenti che prodotti nuovi sono? A maggior ragione se vengono presentati come LIMITATI.
E poi ma come... si vantano tanto della qualità che giustifica i prezzi esorbitanti... e poi dopo 10 giorni dall'uscita mi dimezzi il prezzo come niente fosse? E poi scusa ma i ricavati per le associazioni benefiche?? Al limite un 10% di sconto... ma non un 40%!!! Che ricavati puoi fare?!

Magicamente, poi, dopo questo... le descrizioni della campagna di lancio sono sparite dal sito. Inoltre tiratura limitata... ma ad oggi è ancora disponibile, mi pare abbastanza inverosimile, poiché un casco che hanno fatto a tiratura limitata veramente, a Novembre, infatti oggi non c'è più.

Questo che significa, secondo voi? Ve lo spiego io, motociclista da più di 20 anni: significa che il reale valore di quella giacca è quello scontato... e che l'azienda campa sugli scemi come me. Con i loro caschi fanno la stessa medesima cosa.
Ma i miei soldi non li vedranno mai più.

Placed an order for a jacket and some other items on Nov. 20, 2020. I kept reaching out to customer service because my order, even today, Jan. 5, 2021 has a status of "processing" or something like that. I received automated e-mails. The third e-mail was a human response but that one was obviously sent out to a whole e-mail list because they said that they are sorry my helmet was not sent out yet. I have not ordered a helmet... You see all the reviews on youtube praising Ruroc and Enginehawk. Probably paid influencers. Deeply disappointed. Was really looking forward to receiving my order. Lesson learned.

Just like their other company Ruroc, they mislead customers into getting ordered. Same day dispatch ordered also don’t arrive. Been more than 2 weeks and am still waiting on a jacket was showing in stock and avaliable for dispatch. Upon query, I receive a response that because of covid we are struggling. Utter rubbish. Don’t promise what you can’t delivery. Very disappointed.

I placed an order for the Predator Jacket during the Black Friday, a jacket that I loved from the first time I saw it. I was just unsure about the size as according with their size chart the S size is bigger than the S size of Italian clothing motorcycle companies. So I took the risk and placed the order. It arrived in few days and everything went well.

Although the jacket sleeves are a bit longer than my arms the jacket fits almost perfect on me. It has a loose fit cut on shoulders that fits perfectly on me.

I wrote to the support service too to ask some infos and get support and they have been nice with me.

I’ll buy other stuff from Enginehawk in future as I’ll have the opportunity. The jacket is wonderfully made, functional, good looking, very protective and with a price that is better than the competition for what it offers. High safety and aesthetic beauty.

Just received my new .50 Cal Wraith jacket. Very impressed with quality and look, perfect for riding and also everyday wear as it gives the protection needed without looking like a "bikers" jacket

I had ordered the .50 cal and it looked sick! but it damaged i contact Daniel from Ruroc and he did a amazing job. Quick response and quick solution! i will see my new jacket very soon!

This company is associated with RU ROC who are by far the worst company i have ever dealt with. Customer service is absolute nil. Avoid at all costs

A fault with a jacket i bought was replaced pretty quickly, however the replacement was also faulty(the same fault), asked for a refund and was sent another jacket in error & as of today still waiting for a refund.
Sporadic replies from customer care, no complaints line or contact number.
This has been ongoing since June.
I wouldn't recommend to anyone given my experience.

Hello, my jacket is a CREME N COOKIES, I tried it on a trip of 5 sunny days, and the result was very good, the skin adapts to your body perfectly, if you have heat you open the zippers of the sleeves, and you feel like the air Flow through your arms cooling you, with the chest zipper a little open, you get enough cool to counteract the outside heat. The pockets are wide both inside and outside, the zippers are luxurious, the only one that I found, is that when you wear it fastened up, it bothers the neck a little, but I suppose that with use, it will soften the skin and not bother . A 10 out of 10 jacket

I received my engine hawk 50. Cal and I have to say for the price, the quality is absolutely worth it! 100% would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Falsely advertised product. Returned with fee so they could send correct product with another delivery fee just to be told I had to wait an extra couple of months. Dealt with multiple people through the process making the order very sloppy and inconsistent.

I was lucky enough to get my hands on a CREME N COOKIES jacket upon launch, and do I ever feel blessed! When I heard the new sister company to RUROC was going to expand into moto apparel it was the news of the year for me! I'm thrilled that they are truly living up to the hype. These jackets are top notch in quality, engineering, design, comfort - across the board! The team at ENGINEHAWK goes above and beyond to give their customer base what we love. LOVE THIS NEW COMPANY. Can't wait for them to be an established company, amongst the greats! An EPIC company right out the gates, no doubt on the road to LEGENDARY! Cheers

I absolutely love the.50 Cal jacket. I wore it on a 2 hour ride in 75F weather and it was perfect. The airflow up the sleeves was nice. I hit some rain and the water beaded off. Of course I conditioned the jacket first with Leather Honey conditioner. The low profile armor is excellent. I opted for the upgrade. I’m certain that this jacket will be with me for years to come and will get better with time.
Update: wore it on a 3 hour ride on a completely sunny day. Temperature reached almost 90F in the city traffic. As soon as I started moving, the wind cooled me right down. Again had the arm zips open and front unzipped a little :). I continue to love it.

Die Qualität und das Design der Jacken ist außerordentlich gut! Der Kundenservice ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Die Motorradjacken werden standardmäßig mit Protektoren ausgeliefert, so dass man sich darum auch nicht mehr kümmern muss. Bin hochgradig zufrieden und kann Enginehawk absolut empfehlen!
