They called me for 6 months. They even called me after we bought pitching the same damn thing. All talk no walk. No values. I was billed before we went libe and didnt let me cancel almost a year. There are hidden charges and once you pay they really dont care what happens to you. The initial stories and potential are all lies. You can get the same thing for much cheaper literally everywhere.

We spent circa £25k with these jokes of an outfit. Terrible experience. After two years of wasted opportunity, we cancelled, after which, they continue to spam. Avoid.

As a customer who engaged Engati for chatbot development, my experience has been extremely unsatisfactory and raises serious concerns about their business practices.

Engati accepted an advance payment equivalent to three months’ worth of service (totaling 1 Lac INR) but failed to provide any proof of concept (POC) throughout our engagement. The most frustrating aspect was the constant change of the point of contact, with no proper handover or continuity from one team member to the next. This lack of accountability and transparency made communication and project management nearly impossible.

Despite waiting for over a year, Engati was unable to deliver any functional output or meet their commitments. Even more concerning, they have not refunded the advance amount paid, despite repeated requests and reminders.

In summary, my experience with Engati has been marked by unprofessionalism, lack of delivery, and a complete disregard for customer trust. I would strongly caution potential clients against engaging with this company unless significant improvements in accountability and service delivery are demonstrated.

Site doesnt allow you to cancel your registration and keep on billing. Requested refund, customer service say approved but still no refund. Continues to charge another quarter, after that customer service no longer cares. Daylight robbery!

They really had a strong business development team, kudos to that.

It was denied and canceled. We got charged in the 2nd quarter and still have not used a single usage on the app, but we have no refund.

Decided to just not contact them anymore - as it's full of bugs and problematic apps.

When we saw the demo, we simply loved the solution and we bought the Quarterly plan in English + Arabic for $999. The onboarding process was supposed to take 2 weeks. The problems began during the onboarding process. The team is lethargic to respond to queries - their claim of the email being their official source of communication says it all. These guys are selling a chatbot solution and will only respond by email!!! The team was taking things jolly well. Remember, the timeline kicks in as soon as you pay (yes, not from the day of deployment but the date of payment), so any delays impact your cost.

We launched the WIP solution in week 3, as we did not want to lose precious time. And wanted to do the testing as we go along. That opened up the can of worms. Their platform has an infinite number of bugs! Their mobile app freezes and doesn't even notify when a user is online. So, an e-commerce user looking for an agent is kept waiting as the app doesn't even notify the agent, and there you go, you lost your customer.

Over the last 3 days, we had numerous cases where customers exited as they couldn't chat with an agent. And the team is very laid back, I would have raised so many tickets and requests for fixes.

And now they are about to kill the WhatsApp user interface. From an amazing instantaneous WhatsApp, they want to transfer the interactions to their app. It's scary to imagine the customer fury that we have to face with the WhatsApp migration.

Save yourself, if you are an e-commerce setup, STAY AWAY!

The oneview inbox is very convenient. It lets us track conversations across WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram in one place. The intelligent conversation routing on the live chat feature is very effective as well

Great Chatbot for sales and lead generation

Building chatbots was never so easy, its drag and drop feature really makes it easy to build a chatbot without writing a single line of code. Also love it’s multi-lingual functionality which allows us to communicate with our customer’s in their preferred language.

The chatbot is self-explanatory right from the first step. No training, no coding required. I've used many chatbot platforms but Engati is one of my favorites.
