Energy Support and Advice UK, this company is providing excellent support for many people who are the end of their tether with energy companies and general cost of living. They go out of their way to help those most vulnerable and are constantly attempting to establish strong links with each energy company in order to help people who feel that they are in desperate situations to find solutions. I feel that this company tries very hard to be trustworthy and fair.

The support this group gives is quite unbelievable. They work all hours and put themselves out to support people who really need it. The free help and advise they give is much appreciated. Thank you

My mum (80, partially sighted and reduced mobility) was having significant issues due to a faulty meter. Eon we're not helpful at all...until I contacted Gemma. She took all the necessary info and contacted Eon on our behalf and suddenly they were available in the next 4 hours. It still took a few days to sort but we wouldn't have got there without the help of Gemma and her team. Fabulous service

Honestly Gemma has been like a shinning star. Brought light when things were extremely dull. She has helped us tremendously especially at Christmas. My children were so over the moon after she helped us. No amount of Thankyou’s feels enough for the help she has provided.
All the negative reviews I can only believe are through jealousy. Even when she isn’t feeling herself she puts others first before herself.
Yes she is part of a business with the energy help and so I perfectly understand why you wouldn’t allow other businesses to be recommended… even if she is helping people. Any business would be the same.
I can imagine she gets a lot of back lash like most people who try to do good but for me; she is an angel and well keep up the amazing work you do lovely because we need people like you as there are not very many out there. Absolutely would recommend going to Gemma if you are needing help.

I've been a member of this group for a long time and seen it grow exponentially. The admins and experts are extremely knowledgeable and I have learned a lot from the group, which has benefited both myself and many others who I've divulged my energy efficiency tips to. The time they spend helping, guiding, advising and assisting the members is commendable, often way beyond what people would consider normal working hours.

Before joining this group I blindly paid my DD every month and rarely took an interest in how much energy I was using, whether I was in debit or credit, what appliances were responsible for large load, how much difference small simple changes would make such a draught excluders, what a Thermostatic Radiator valve (TRV) actually did and the correct settings for them (mine had all been on max for years). Luckily I joined before the huge price spoke in energy costs so having knowledge how to cushion the increases really helped. The group have some fabulous affiliations and discounts available to members and are careful about which organisations they associate with, so great work for the members and ask for nothing in return except to be kind to other members.

This must be the most useful organisation I have ever come across.
Gemma and her team work tirelessly every day to help people with problems with their energy companies.

I joined this fabulous group upon recommendation from a dear friend of mine and I've never looked back. Gemma and her team are all very knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to assist people in need. Gemma has a real passion for what she does and what she believes in. Her and her team all give up their time and vast experience and ask for nothing in return.
Like all groups on Facebook there will be members who try to upset the applecart. These members, once discovered, get weeded out and thus prevents them from disrupting the group.

Just received notification that my review is now live and overall score has increased from 3.7 to 4.3 so the Facebook Post obviously worked !

Joined the group and initially it was great but it has very much lost it's way. If you don't agree, you're blocked and it has become a money making exercise. Latest being, trying to get everyone to move over to tik tok instead as you can be paid to be a creater and be sent money gifts.

I never thought to leave a review but after posting a link to this site, begging for great reviews, I completely agree with the negative ones already received, as i've witnessed it, so have left an honest score too.

Her heart might have been in the right place initially but her and her team of admins have spoilt it with their attitudes. And although I'm sure they've helped people, unfortunately the negatives far outweigh the positives :(

Daily, I read the work Gemma and the support angels have done IN THEIR OWN TIME to help anyone and everyone who are being bullied by the energy companies and people who are trying their hardest to fight when they have wrong bills or readings etc but the companies just just won't listen. The last few years have been extremely hard for most if not all of us and Gemma and the team have done their best to get things sorted for people to relieve huge amounts of stress! Probably actual life savers for some!!

Accurate advice delivered in an easy to understand format, and with compassion - which is a rarity. The team all work tirelessly to help people who have issues with their energy bills.

Highly recommend this group if you are having problems with your energy supplier, or have a query regarding billing.

Have been a member of this group since the beginning and have witnessed the amount of people Gemma and her team have helped. They go above and beyond every single time and work round the clock to get people's issues sorted. It's an amazing community for people like myself as it can be very overwhelming knowing where to turn for help. Have even been given advice for other friends. They are fabulous and are worth their weight in gold.

I, personally, have learnt a great deal regarding pricing and savings through this group. Advice is freely given and by any member of the team whose expertise it is.
I know there are many people who have been grateful for the support given. This advice and support is desperately needed at this time unfortunately. Without this group, many many people would be sitting in the cold and dark.

Thank you so much for all your help. Because of you and the wonderful energy saving tips I have been able to but my bill by nearly 80% thank you.

The support these guys provide and the advice they give is absolutely brilliant. They really do care about helping people, and this is clearly reflected in everything they do! I'd have no hesitation whatsoever recommending them to anyone who is having issues with their energy provider.

Gemma and her team go above and beyond to help those in need , in more ways than one , I myself found myself in a bad place and without Gemma and her team I’d be lost

Edit ☆☆ 23.1.2024 Now she is posting false poll information and banning people saying they are poaching from her silly fb group. Gemma is on several other groups and regularly promotes her fb group. Hypocritical and underhanded unprofessional springs to mind.

Omg where do I start. This group is awful she is under the impression she is some z list celebrity.

She classes disagreeing with her or not wanting her money making affiliate links as being rude.... and block's or deletes comments people make when they are supposed to be a CIC it shouldn't be allowed.

There are no robust safeguarding procedures in place and people who are vulnerable get deleted from this so called CIC if they dare to challenge or disagree with her.

She will not provide impartial advice or allow signposting to other agencies as she seems to want everyone to think she is a hero it's embarrassing she should be ashamed.

If she was genuine she would stop all this boasting and putting herself on a pedestal and LISTEN to other people's opinions rather than her way or no way.

It's clear she is just looking to gain popularity on socials it's cringeworthy and far from the professional director she claims to be.
