Customer service, when contacted, always deals with issues quickly.

Octopus energy have always provided excellent customer service. They respond quickly to emails and value their customers. Any questions or concerns I have are addressed immediately, doing anything they can to rectify problems and reinstate confidence in their service.

Care about people

Easy to use website (apart from the - and + signs attached to estimate fidgures which I find confusing.
Most importantly is that they do not use fossil fuels and that their prices are lower.

Octopus Energy are so easy to deal with. They really do go the extra mile to make everything go easily and smoothly.

Never had a problem - what you need from a supplier of any thing, but don't always get.

It's all a bit of a minefield but you do pretty well in keeping customers informed and in helping us make the right decisions on how we pay for our energy and on how the complexities of the UK energy market work and impact on pricing.
