I've been an Octopus/Co-op energy customer for several years. Best decision I ever made. Customer Service is EXCELLENT and must be the best in any field, not just energy suppliers. Phone always answered swiftly, and always competently handled. UK based too!!!

No hunting round for deals with hidden pitfalls, Octopus is still the best. Co-op Loyal 14 M fixed is the one for me. Been with Octopus since it started security is built in. 😇 👍

Co-op uses Octopus to run its energy supplies and they have an excellent website with many and very clear help sections. From a supplier comparison exercise I found that my variable tariff was already very competetive but that there was also a similar price fixed tariff available. As the price cap is due to rise in April and October I decided to change to the fixed tariff. Octopus had very clear instructions and the switch was done in a few minutes. Very satisfied with this service.
