I’m writing regarding my recent order, which I never received.
Not only was the parcel not delivered to me, but I also noticed that the refund issued does not match the full amount I originally paid.
I have been a loyal END. customer for many years, and this experience has been extremely disappointing. I expected better service, especially in a case where the order was never received.

The jacket is not what I expected at…
The jacket is not what I expected at all and the color is completely off. I am all for exchanging, but now I have to pay close to $100 to send it back to the UK. It is just simply not worth the headache and now I’m stuck with an expensive jacket that is wrong for me. I write this for anyone else considering purchasing internationally.

Avoid buying from this fraudulent company, especially if you live outside of England. Their prices are misleading. I tried to get a refund, but after several unsuccessful attempts, I sadly realized I would never see my money again. Their dishonest strategy is to make you believe that a team of specialists will soon be handling your case. They even have the audacity to regularly send you emails asking you to be patient under the pretext that the specialist team is currently overwhelmed. After receiving about ten emails of this type over more than a month of waiting, I realized I was dealing with unscrupulous scammers. I strongly advise against buying from this website. Don't be fooled by their tempting prices; I bitterly regret being scammed. I will update my review if the company offers me an amicable settlement.

We do want to reassure you that we are a UK-based retailer, and all orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.
For customers ordering internationally, parcels can be subject to import duties and taxes once they reach the destination country.
These charges are set by local customs authorities and need to be paid before delivery can be completed.
These costs aren’t included in our product pricing, which is why they can sometimes come as a surprise.
This is something we outline within the shipping section of our website so customers can review it ahead of placing an order.
If these charges aren’t accepted, the parcel is returned to us by the courier and a refund is then processed once it arrives back at our warehouse.
We understand this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, but we hope this helps clarify what’s happened here.
