The two engineers who visited my home to set up my new broadband were brilliant. They were really happy to route the cable through the lift space rather than having to run cable round the skirting board. On the odd occasion we have a technical issue, normally same day solutions are provided. Today, the support team demonstrated how to pick up internal calls from other user phones, but this was a little tedious using the softphone approach, so we had Andre, an Enreach engineer call me & set up the phone with the necessary one touch 'pick-up' key. Top job. Then spoke to Angel in customer service to discuss our future contract and other technical issues, which is now in hand with the Enreach team. Thank you everyone involved, a great friendly approach to cutomer service.

Needed urgent help with pulling call logs and raised a ticket and Andre came to the rescue... he even logged onto my PC and downloaded software and helped install then talked me through it, absolute first class service, really nice chap who has helped when i was in a sticky situation. highly recommend Andre and Enreach.

Andre was a great help! After sending an email to the support page, Andre called the office to talk through the email and to discuss the needs and requirements of the business. Within 2 hours, all the questions had been answered, phone line and extensions amended and access to call logs!

Andre sorted my issue out without me doing anything. Took control of my system and work through it quickly.
Took the stress out of a frustrating app that didn't want to play.

9 months ago enreach were contracted to install the broadband telephony to a new gate entry system. Due to poor planning, shoddy workmanship and poor management myself and my neighbours are left with a system that fails due to constant outages and technical faults. Laughably enreach claim that we are out of time for remedial work as the installation took place more than 6 months ago. And yet during the whole sorry episode the problems have been regularly reported with no action or follow up from endeach. In the words of the great Leslie Philips “a complete shower”

We were originally customers of PACE and transferred to Enreach, investing in a new phone system.
The transfer over to the new system was not straightforward but Daniel Hencher, our account manager, was always very obliging in helping us with any problems, and arranging training with Jake Trubridge and Josh Polden.

Andre was super fast and helpful

Beware. Sales promise everything, contract is signed and then nothing….not even tumbleweed.

Andrew Kendall called me last week to let me know that he would be our new account manager and I mentioned that I would like to add an extra phone to our system. He went through it all with me and he had the new phone set up and shipped out in the space of a week. Excellent service.

When our phone system broke down, Enreach, and our account manager, Daniel Hencher, were fast to suggest an upgrade at a cheaper price. Installation was quick and painless and the new system and phone app works great.

Clear instructions over the phone allowed us to get the Internet coverage back to 100% without requiring a site visit
