Our ingredients are carefully selected to match our recipes quality and authenticity that our ancestors used back then to equally taste and save the tradition of our heritage and to delight your taste büds today. The word "Sofrito" is Spanish and means to lightly fry something, such as by sauteing or stir-frying. It’s a technique that the Spanish colonists brought with them when they settled in the Caribbean and Latin America beginning in the late 1400s. It's a fragrant blend of herbs and spices used to season countless dishes, such as stews, beans, rice, alcapurrias, and occasionally meat.

Ordered the Adobo seasoning. Excellent product. Used it as a dry rub on roast beef for a catering job. Once I opened my package, the smell hit me immediately. This will definitely be a staple in my seasoning cabinet.
Tried the Es adobo for the first time while making lasagña, using only this seasoning and of course the Encanto sofrito and i was pleasantly surprised. Great, great flavor. I will no longer go without this in my kitchen, heavenly sent!

Truly amazing..The flavor is phenomenal a must try, On whatever you want to put it on & or marinate with. I mean Whatever!!
