Обратились к нам в нашу компанию с просьбой срочного выполнения заказа , согласовали сроки -оформили заказ. 3 раза у меня переспросили можем ли мы забрать его вечером в тот же день или на утро , объяснили что только на следующий день. Так вышло что рассадников в нужных не оказалось и решили пойти на встречу и внимание ! заменить на более дорогой и качественный материал и чуть большего размера дабы уложится в срок , предупредить заранее не смогли (время было ограничено ) . С успехом выполнили работу , нас попросили спуститься к подьезду и передать заказ на такси , все это было сделано . После решили уточнить получили ли заказ ? Да спасибо все понравилось , и оповестили об данном факте на что мне ответили что нужно посовещаться с руководством и прийти к решению. Мне приходит ответ : мол нас не предупредили , заказ был сделан не тот , доплачивать мы ничего не будем , надеемся на понимание.. Если кто то решит обратиться в данную компанию имейте ввиду это что с вами в ответственный момент поступят так же .

The Kosmosky staff was exceedingly patient, kind and helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly and helped me choose the perfect drum for my restorative yoga classes. The order was processed quickly. My drum was at the shippers within a few hours after the order was paid for. The drum arrived in less than a week. The drum is gorgeous and more importantly sounds fantastic. My students love it and say that they are able to go deeper into meditation with it.

After doing a lot of research about tank drums, I decided to buy from Kosmosky. Their customer service is excellent, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I ordered two custom drums (30cm and 22cm) and the entire order took just one month, including delivery to the US. The drums are absolutely beautiful and they sound amazing. My only complaint is that the annealed colors I ordered were off in both drums, but was told that "the shades of colors are not absolutely accurate and may differ from the photo." However, I would still buy from Kosmosky again. Highly recommended!!

I love the woody tritone drum that I ordered from Kosmosky! It was very easy to order and the woman who helped me was fabulous. We e-mailed back and forth until we both understood exactly what I was ordering. The delivery was quick and all of the elements in the box were beautifully packed/packaged! Thank you so much! From the point of purchase, your company has been very helpful in keeping me informed as to the status of my drum. DHL also was very verbal in relaying when the drum would arrive and providing options of how and where to place the package. The drum is amazing. The color, the craftmanship and quality of the drum can not be overstated. It is simply art that you can play. And when you do play it, your heart smiles. I have had the drum some time and I wanted to really experience it before I gave a review

Die Bestellung lief reibungslos, die New Wave 15 wurde sofort versendet und reiste über Russland durch arabische und europäische Länder bis sie letztendlich vor meiner Haustür lag. Der Zoll hat ganz genau überprüft was in der Sendung war, so das sich die Lieferzeit etwas verlängert hat, dass allerdings hat ja niemand in der Hand.

Es war schwer aus zu halten auf sie zu warten, die digitale Version hat mich über Wasser gehalten und das warten hat sich gelohnt.

Ich verstehe sie von Stunde zu Stunde besser und entlocke ihr ihre Schönheit.

Ich liebäugel schon mit der Ergänzung und dem ein oder anderen Zubehör 😅

I'm new to tongue drums and had a lot of questions before I purchased my New Wave 15. The staff at Kosmosky were very friendly, helpful, and prompt in answering them. Shipping was fast; my New Wave took only a few days to arrive in the US. What a beautiful instrument! The quality is excellent and the sound is awesome. These people are true craftsmen. I've since purchased another drum and had the same experience. Quality all the way. Now I just have to learn to play, but what a joy it will be on these instruments. I highly recommend them and will definitely purchase from them again.

I've been practicing on a Chinese made 15 notes tongue drum for almost 3 years. Compared the both. The Kosmosky New wave 15 is indeed a very good musical instrument. But the New wave 15 has it pros & cons. The pros are ¹every note are tuned on the dots. ²The sound is resonance, ³the design and placement of each notes is uniquely cooperate with chords.
The cons are ¹though NW15 has it unique placement of each notes, the player will have to re-train the brian muscle and will need some time to get used to it ( Imagine it's just like buying a guitar or piano with different key notes placing).²The price are on the high side. ³The drum stick though are velvet but the sticks are too light weight. The bag they provided were not padded to protect the drum and the NW15 cannot go in easily. If ones buy the NW15 in the first place to practice, it will not cause any inconveniences. And if all the accessories it provides come in a better quality it would easily get a 5 stars. Overall the NW15 is still a unique precision musical instrument. 🥁

I bought the New Wave 15 tongue drum.

There is only one thing to say: This is the best sounding tongue drum I have ever had!!! And I have had a LOT, also known brands like HAPI and a few chinese junk ones.
But Kosmosky New Wave 15 is the absolute best sounding tongue drum ever! Buy it immediately, worth every penny. Highest quality, powder coated, solid construction.
The team is very helpful and was able to respond in shortest time, very friendly!
I can absolutely recommend!! Go buy it!

Gut verpackt und unbeschadet sind sie bei mir in Deutschland angekommen.
