Kinase proteins from ICE worked perfectly for our HTRF assays. Purity is high and activity is excellent. Just wish the shipping was a bit faster, but the reliability of the performance is definitely there.
Results from the assay panels were spot on for our targets. The bioluminescence resonance energy transfer gave us the exact data we needed for the project.
Had to do some manual sorting of the raw data files at the start, which was a bit tedious. That said, being able to study full length proteins in their native conformation is a huge plus for our screening. Overall a productive collaboration.
