Unfortunately I cannot recommend as its been 5 months on and works have still not been completed. Despite many promises and assurance, multiple appointments were no shows. There was a time I would get apologies but now no response. Having said that the last message I did receive implied financial difficulties. Hard to say whether this is true or not but should serve as warning if you decide to engage their services. I'm trying to see if this review prompts engagement and if rectified will update. If not, then I guess I have to seek another company for remediation works. Very disappointing.
Used this company again and very happy with the work. Communication was clear throughout, the price was reasonable, and everything was completed to a good standard. Would happily use them again and recommend to others.
I recently had an OHME EV charger installed, and I am extremely pleased with both the product and the service Empire Electrical Innovations provided. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. The installation team was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was set up properly and efficiently. They took the time to explain how the charger works, ensuring that I was comfortable with the system before they left.
Would highly recommend these guys. They were very professional and helpful, from choosing which EV Charger was right for what we needed to the installation & location of it. Made it a very easy & stress free process
Excellent service from Empire Electrical Innovations. My EV charger point location is 30mts from our property and William attended and offered several options for the cabling. Top quality installation and also help with downloading and familiarisation with the OHME app. Cannot recommend them highly enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
