Unfortunately I can’t leave zero stars. I placed an order on February 12, I received a tracking number two days later saying that USPS was waiting to pick up the package. That was 11 days ago that I placed the order. I wrote two emails and have heard nothing back from anyone. I attempted to call the number on their site and after leaving my name and reason for calling on their phone, it simply hung up on me. I’m out the $80 I paid and no one from this ‘company’ which I now believe is NOT legit, won’t get back to me. Buyer beware. I’ll be leaving this same review in every single web reviewing website that I can, to warn others, as well on their social media page. Again, buyer beware, this place is a scam.

Placed an order, emailed them 30 minutes later to cancel as we did not need the item any longer. The next day I get tracking information. I emailed them again saying I emailed yesterday to cancel. They said they did not receive an email. I sent them screenshots with my order and the cancellation request which showed the times for both. 30 minutes in between order time and cancellation request.They Emailed back, saying ‘we did not receive your cancellation request prior to shipping’. Just lie after lie. I will never purchase from this company again that’s poor unacceptable customer service. Buyer beware.

This company screwed us over at Christmas. We ordered an item, and they sent the wrong item. I'm an Over The Road truck driver and can't be home to handle issues like this. I contacted them asking them to send the correct item to be in time for Christmas. I even sent pictures of what was ordered and what was sent. They REFUSED to ship our correct order until they could get us a return envelope, we ship it back, and they RECEIVE IT, And document it all. Only then would they send what we ordered and paid for. I say find another company to use, UNBELIEVABLE!!

Bought last week and came super quick, really good packaging aswell!
