I give five stars because it is very easy to use, the interface is very friendly, and with the 30.1 update many bugs were fixed, I also like that the updates are released quickly. I have been a user since 2018 and I have really liked the direction that your software has taken.

We are using the EMLID products for a complex measurement and surveillance setup. The EMLID support is very helpful and answers imediately to our questions.
We highly appreciate the EMLID products and communications.

Very poor customer service, have been having ongoing 3G cellular connectivity issues using a sim where I have little to no reception even when in direct line of site from a tower (other 3G devices have good reception), and their solution is to use my phones hot spot. Very poor... even in their reply to this review their suggestions is to buy the new RS2+ or use a mobile hotspot. This would mean that we would have to buy a portable hotspot to leave with the device when using it as a base for NTRIP. A big part of why we purchased the RS2 was because of its 3G sim… and a workaround is not an appropriate solution to something not working.

This is the best GNSS System I have used and having used NTRIP for all my surveys meant that I could finish my work in one base setup.

You can never go wrong with Emlid Reach RS2.

Muy buenos equipos referente a su función como GNSS, es muy estable en la costa, sierra y la selva, muy buena experiencia ya llevamos 2 años con los equipos RS2, lo que si seria bueno es tener accesorios de reemplazo al alcance como las tapitas que no son muy resistentes de tanto manipular, y antenas externas de mayor alcance.

He usado las antenas emlid desde hace algún tiempo, y me han facilitado mucho mis trabajos. las recomiendo ampliamente.

The customer service at Emlid was absolutely wonderful. I have a wonderful experience there. Then came the product which proved to be equally powerful and solid.

con el paso del tiempo, la app ha ido mejorando considerablemente, no he tenido la necesidad de buscar otras opciones, respecto a los equipos, realicé trabajos comparados con otras marcas de mayor precio, mucho mayor precio en realidad, y el rendimiento fue el mismo

The easiness of the usage and cheaper than the other companies' equipment

The product is very well designed, and very rugged.
My only issue is the UI for the phone app, and its ease of use. With it being a survey device and application, there are quite a few things it lacks.

why do we have to pay using emlid flow 360. how do we dare to appear to fellow gnss that emlid is superior

llevo un par de meses utilizando los equipos RS2, me gusta su diseño y versatilidad. se podrían mejorar los menus para empezar levantamientos mas pronto y no setear tanto, como tambien poder trabajar con otros sistemas como dwg 84. pero estoy aprendiendo con ellos.

Soy de Argentina y me dedico la realización de relevamiento topográficos convencionales y fotogramétricos.
Adquirí mis equipos RS2 en Noviembre 2021 y pude ver todas las mejoras que viene realizando la marca para brindarnos una mejor experiencia en nuestro trabajo. El producto me sorprendió por la calidad y versatilidad que me brinda. Estoy muy satisfecho con el equipo y todo lo que la marca brinda, inclusive el soporte online para resolver problemas o dudas en el manejo del mismo.

I have been working with Emlid kit since 2020. There is nothing that can beat their GNSS receivers, super accurate, reliable and tough enough to stand daily use in all weathers.
I use Emlid gnss receivers exclusively to produce precision topography products. The receivers integrate well with our RTK drones.
As an experienced surveyor I can fully recommend Emlid and their fantastic products, both hardware and software.

Emlid products give me great value for the amount of money spent for a full blown rtk system

Have been using emlid products for sometime now. Find them user friendly. Accurate and easy to use currently have 2 Rs+ and RS2 will be getting RS2+ in near future.

They are very versatile devices, you can use any phone to control them and the application is easy to use. Fix in seconds. Ntrip caster is perfect.
