Avoid this company; they’re complete scammers. Their customer support is non-existent and they don’t reply to any social media. Last year they were completely reliable but this year they’ve completely lost my trust and that of other customers. Just check their social media posts to see the truth.

Scam company, never received goods, they don't get reply to emails, zero communication. Avoid this company at all costs.

Don't waste your time or money they don't deliver your goods or reply to any communication. Got my money back through PayPal

Poor description of products as not anything like they describe, when they arrived.
Tried to engage with customer service to arrange refund + return of products. No reply. Eventually had to arrange charge back with bank.

I purchased some boot struts from Emerald struts the 11th of March 2026, after more the a month i still have no clue of where my package is…
Really bad shipping and tracking methods.
I wrote several Emails to their support team but still, no response.
I will consider a refund my order.

Ordered 11/04/26 looks like I’ve joined the list of people who have been ripped off too, hopefully my bank can arrange a chargeback, no email response , WhatsApp chat bot reply’s , reported to my bank, trading standards and the Police , report fraud online . Stay well clear of this company people. Wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews first

Joke of a company, complete scam avoid

The worst company I have met, my order has never arrived, there is no possibility to talk to one of the staff members, on WhatsApp the robot only responds to messages and on email all you get back is just automatic email that comes instantly after you send an email, no matter what questions you ask them, you just get an automatic answer back from the robots ! I'm very very disappointed about this company,I never advise you to order anything from them. :(((

similar to a few others reviews I've just seen on here. Ordered 2 weeks ago, got the email confirmation and another with the invoice attached. Since then nothing! emailed several times, whatsapped them too and used the live chat facility, all with absolutely no response from an actual human. Wish I'd read these reviews first now tbh. Lesson learned!!

Terrible, ordered on April 3rd, 2 weeks later, no package, no tracking information, nothing, multiple emails and Instagram messages sent, no answer from them and on top of that they send me an automated email to rate their services and product that i ordered as if i gotten it. Thankfully PayPal picked up the case and refunded me

Ordered the struts about 2 months ago and still haven't arrived. Contacted them multiple times and no reply.

I ordered over 3 weeks ago. I’ve had no confirmation of the order being shipped when the website says it’s 48hr tracking by Royal Mail. When contacting the company by email or WhatsApp you just get an automated response and no one gets back to you. I paid with PayPal so I was able to get my money back. Would advise to stay away from this company and shop somewhere else.

Placed my order on the 28th of February, wasn’t until the 14th of March I was told it’s been dispatched, now a month later still not received my order and when tracked says it’s still on the way to Royal Mail, getting no response from emails, would avoid buying from here.

I ordered my struts on the 7/4/26, I paid for tracked 48, I have sent 2 emails and I tried to contact you on live chat and WhatsApp, it is now the 14th and I have received no reply to my emails or messages and I still haven’t received my order, your website says 2/3 days, I think the service and communication is terrible and I should have gone on trust pilot before buying.

Paid for next day delivery 9th April, item still no arrived or even dispatched. No communication from Customer Service at all

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. The item never arrived. It’s now over a month late. There is no phone number to call. Live chat and WhatsApp just tell you to email them. They never respond to emails. I’ve had to raise a dispute with the bank.

Orderd a week ago and paid for next day shipping. Still haven’t received then item and there help line is non existent. Tried emailing and WhatsApp to no response going to bank today to cancel the payment

I placed my order 2 weeks ago and it still says it is being prepped for shipment.tried there WhatsApp and no reply, tried there email and no reply and then I tried there live chat and of course it's a stupid AI chat bot that can't actually do anything for me then when you ask for I real person it says someone will come to talk to me but nothing happens. It's a about joke.

Purchased them on the 02/03/26 they still havent sent them, they dont answer emails they even made a fraudulent royal mail shipping order and never sent them to royal mail, SCAM SCAM SCAM
