Excellent Service
We had our boiler serviced by Craig Huggins and he was excellent. Very professional and nice mannered guy, answered every question and gave advice going forward with our boiler. No sales pitch just good honest information.

Early bird catches the worm
Great guy & service, friendly advice, easy process and professional. Nice to have reassurance that all is functioning well. Nice early appointment allowed the rest of the day off to be enjoyed.

First class
Great service from start to finish. Very easy to book service and their app is easy to use. Our service happened on time with no problems at all, we had a very friendly engineer who was also very knowledgable and offered good advice. He was very clean and polite. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The engineer arrived on time and was very polite, as all the gas engineers we have had in the past from other companies have been late.
Very thorough and carried out the work without any mess.
I would certainly not hesitate to use them again, first class service.

Craig from the Embassy Gas service text…
Craig from the Embassy Gas service text me before arriving to do the boiler service. On arrival he introduced himself and was pleasant , polite by explaining what he has to do.
Craig carried out the service on the boiler .
After the boiler service he tighten the boiler timer which was loose on the wall.
My only query is that I did not received any feedback or any customer check list to sign regarding the appliance safety check .

There was a good choice of appointment times. The engineer arrived within the promised timeframe and was friendly, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly cleaned the area when he had finished. 5*
